Modern, cosy house, with all amenities included. Just a short 11 minute walk to the Capel Sound foreshore. With Rosebud shopping centre, Rye Pier & Peninsula hot springs just a short drive away. Perfectly situated house on a Quiet no through road so you can rest easy with the kids playing outside. With every amenity just around the corner. Perfect for a relaxing, quiet getaway. Full use of the kitchen with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of parking in the long, single driveway. Able to fit 5 cars long. Enjoy a nice BBQ in the backyard or visit the many restaurants on the Mornington peninsula. Please be advised sheets, pillows and towels are not provided, please BYO. Only bedding that is supplied is a fitted sheet and doona per bed Also FYI, security cameras front and rear of property (outside) are for added security measures only. Located at the front door, driveway/garage, rear backyard and side of house. Strictly no schoolies or parties allowed.

Nick's house was so spacious, even bigger than it looks in the photos, lovely clean modern home, with very comfortable beds & everything we needed in a nice quiet location. Nick was quick to reply to any of my enquiries & was very accommodating, would definitely recommend.

Great house hidden in a quiet area

The house is relatively new and well maintained. The host was very friendly and great to communicate. Stayed with our family friends and kids (4 adults and 4 kids in total) and there were plenty of beds for all of us. All appliances like cooktop, oven, kettle, microwave and etc. were working fine.

BEAUTIFUL, MODERN PROPERTY

Enjoyed our stay at this modern & clean property. Seperate drive through to the property & ample parking on driveway. Quiet neighbourhood. Family & Friends all gave a thumbs up. Highly recommend.

This was the best house we have ever rented. Great house great location. lots of car parking spaces. So clean, nice bathrooms very large open living space. A lot of inclusions to make an easy stay. Highly recommend

Neat, clean and a great location.

Everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful holiday. Kitchen was well equipped and there was ample space to fit my large family. A short walk to the bay beach and a quick drive to some lovely ocean beaches, bush walks and other family appropriate activities.

Fair price and cleanliness of property
