The place was nice! Was a great location and had easy parking. The only feedback is that the comforters could have been a little fresher, but overall the place was clean.

Nice Condo downtown Knoxville. Easy to walk to local restaurants and shops. Very loud between railroad station and interstate. Ice machine not working. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Felt very safe in this area. Free parking under the bridge about 2 blocks away.

Beautiful apartment that was clean and nicely decorated. Extra touches like coffee and muffins were much appreciated! Close to great restaurants in the Old City! The trains were very loud. Also, I was not aware of the stairs

The property is very nice, very close to the old city. It's convenient to some shops and restaurants. Fyi the train runs close by, and into the evening/overnight hours.

Wonderful Stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this new loft condo building and the unit was great….clean, bright, well appointed with what we needed for our stay. Great local restaurants within walking distance.

Great Apartment

Everything was wonderful and the hosts were so accommodating with a late special request. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, beautiful accommodations. I wish I could do more than 5 stars!

Modern Comfortable Flat Centrally Located for City Exploration

While relaxing at the flat, binging Paris Olympics, we were totally comfortable, and when we headed out for food and bev, the food and bev was a mere few minutes walk in several directions. Excellent spot for a weekend in inner Knoxville.

As Advertised

Great stay. Apartment was clean, well thought out with everything you would need for your stay. Parking and acces was super easy. The only slight ding is the neighborhood is a bit shady but wouldn't stop me from staying here again.
