Bathroom needs some cosmetic work, like new caulking around the bathtub, remove rust stains from one sink, replace sink stopper as there was not one there. Golf cart sounded like it needed a tune up. Housekeeping left toothpaste on counter from previous guest, and a dirty sponge at the kitchen sink (I have pictures) which had brown stains that I didn't want to touch, let alone use it to wash dishes. Bed was comfortable, great view.

Excellent view, just as pictured. Enjoyed our stay very much. Property was clean, could have used a few more items in the kitchen for cooking but otherwise, everything was just as described.

The views were to die for! I felt like I was back in Santorini Greece!! everything was so close to downtown eight minutes away The beautiful Decanso beach was so much fun and riding in the golf cart, that was included in the total, was a treat and so much fun to ride around in. Just be aware of the stairs going up. I think I probably lost a couple pounds in a few days. I think it was about five flights of stairs so be prepared, but the view was worth it. Denise the host was very professional, and we are given many notices and lots of information about the place.

Beautiful, peaceful property

Gorgeous property, inside and out! Absolutely loved our stay. 67 steps to the unit, but worth every step for the amazing view! No AC, but in July this was no problem — just opened a window to bring in the cool evening air. Having a golf cart to get around is a must, and so appreciated having one included. Twice we even encountered deer walking across the road while coming up and down the mountain. So beautiful! This was an experience we won’t soon forget!

This place is all about the views. The community amenities are great too. We enjoyed the basketball court and the private beach and used the golf cart everyday, jus be prepared for a lil bumpy ride!!

Amazing views!

This place is all about the views! Beautiful ocean views from the balcony, the living room and the bedroom. The property is also great with pool, gym, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis, croquet, and a playground. The host had a basketball which was awesome and we used!! They also had croquet balls and tennis balls but no clubs or mallets so we couldn’t play those games. The golf cart was also a great amenity but the parking brake is finicky esp on hills and it’s a pretty bumpy ride. The golf cart along with the place could use a little TLC. We couldn’t get the pull out sofa to unfold, the grill worked but only one side, (the knob was broken on one side), but the views and amenities at the property are what your coming for so we enjoyed our stay overal!! ,

This was our second time staying here and we loved it both times. Beautiful place and the view was awesome. The golf cart worked great and was fairly new. Denise and Veronica were both great and helped us when we left a sweatshirt. Very accommodating. Will stay here again.

Feels like Greece!

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous community in Catalina. The view from every room was amazing and the golf cart was so fun and convenient. There is a community pool and hot tub, and a great dock at a private beach that is perfect for jumping into the Pacific. It was a little small for a family though. We only brought one of our three children with us, so it worked, but the sofa bed was not very comfortable. I feel like this property is ideal for two people. That being said, we had an amazing time and we would stay here again and recommend the property to friends.

Beautiful view

This complex is gorgeous and the management company is very quick to respond to issues. Overall, we liked the condo. It does need some simple improvements like touch up paint. We contacted the management company about propane for the grill. They were very responsive but the issue was that the grill was not functional. Something for the owner to handle. The community is gorgeous, well maintained and with nice amenities. I do recommend this rental highly.

Beautiful view, great place!

The property was amazing. Nice living area, lovely semi-private balcony, great master bed! Nice sitting table outside, perfect height for a great view. It was super clean. The pool is close below, but shuts down at 10pm and it's super quiet all around, very peaceful. The stairs are not a big deal. The only small knock is that the provided golf cart probably needs a bit of repair. It works fine and is safe, but you have to jiggle the pedal a bit to get it going and it's runs a little rough. But it's okay. A master shower reno would put this place over the top! But it's nice too. I would def stay again.

Great views from Cali Mediterranean condo

The location was great. Views from the semi-private balcony were awesome. We would stay here again. Only suggestion is some instructions on how to open the sleeper couch and to replace the mattress, sags in the middle.

Beautiful location!

We had an amazing time! Management team was super friendly and responsive. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The view was the best part. We got up every morning and watched the sunrise. Wish we knew to ask the taxi driver to drop us off at the top so we didn't have to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but it was worth it.

Amazing!

My daughter and I enjoyed 3 nights in Avalon. The condo was beautiful, with a balcony across the front with spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean! The use of the golf cart to get around was a great must have to stay and enjoy Avalon! The pool and spa are right below you. You do have to climb about 70 steps to get to the condo, so please take into consideration. We had a wonderful time, and hope to stay here again! My only recommendation would be to add a cookie sheet or baking pan, we bought cinnamon rolls at Vons but had nothing to bake them on.

Beautiful views and everything you need!

The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed to cook beautiful meals - whether on the grill or inside. We were there to recuperate after a convention in Long Beach so we were happy to spend a lot of time during this winter season just drinking coffee on the spacious balcony, sleeping well and waking up to the ocean views, and eating at home. The pool and spa are located just a stone's throw from the apartment and we enjoyed them too. They even accommodated our request to check in early. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
