Spacious and family friendly with 5 bedrooms (3 en-suite), an oversized family room, 4.5 baths, and located less than a mile to the beach.
Featured amenities include a spacious inverted floor plan with open concept living, central AC, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, WiFi, E-Z Dock kayak launch (new for 2025), 3 kayaks and 1 paddle board, boat dock, porta-crib, high chair, and kid-friendly puzzles, games, and books. Enjoy morning coffee on the upper-level screened porch or the private balcony off the 2nd-floor primary overlooking the canal.
Rinse off in the double outdoor showers after the beach, then enjoy a family cookout on the gas grill. Evenings are perfect around the backyard fire pit by the water.
The Salt Pond community offers a recreation center, outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickleball, 18-hole golf course, and a children’s play area. Kids will love the catch-and-release ponds, and paddlers will enjoy cruising the Salt Pond. (Golf green fees separate.)
