Pool Heating Policy:

Pool heating is available as an optional amenity for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon arrival, guests must request and remit payment at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Requests made after this window may result in delays in heating the pool.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero-Tolerance Party Policy:

This property maintains a strict no-party policy in compliance with local regulations. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines, eviction, and the removal of this listing from hosting platforms. While responsible and respectful gatherings are welcome, guests must adhere to designated quiet hours to preserve the peaceful environment of the neighborhood.



Security & Noise Monitoring:

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the property’s entrance. This device is used exclusively to monitor guest occupancy, disturbances, and emergency situations.

A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to ensure compliance with local noise regulations. This device does not record conversations or sounds but monitors noise levels in decibels to help maintain a respectful atmosphere for neighbors.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
