Central Oasis is a bright, spacious two-storey townhouse in the central Victoria neighbourhood - open-plan and easy to relax in, with a private courtyard for a BBQ and a secure garage for the car and bikes. It's a short drive to the CBD, and just minutes from Te Puia and the lakefront.

- PARKING & BIKE STORAGE -

A large single internal-access garage provides secure parking and bike storage. Please note the garage entry can be tight for oversized vehicles such as a high van or long SUV.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole townhouse to yourselves - the ground-floor open-plan kitchen and living area with its queen bedroom and bathroom, the two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, the private courtyard and BBQ, and the secure garage for parking and storage.



The Neighborhood:

Central Oasis sits in the central Victoria neighbourhood, an easy base right in the heart of Rotorua. Te Puia's geysers and Maori cultural experiences are a few minutes away, along with the lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa. Downtown's cafes, restaurants and shops are a few minutes away, and the Redwoods Forest, Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb are all around ten minutes on.



Getting Around:

The central location makes getting around easy - the CBD is a few minutes' drive, with free parking in the garage. Te Puia, the lakefront and central Rotorua are around 6 minutes away, the Redwoods, Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb roughly 10, and Rotorua Airport about 15 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI is fast and unlimited. The single internal-access garage is secure and handy for bike storage, but the entry can be tight for oversized vehicles - a high van or long SUV may not fit, so on-street parking is the better option for larger vehicles.
