Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo exterior restoration and seawall work. **The North outdoor pool is OPEN**, but some areas of the pool deck and property remain fenced or restricted for safety. Guests must not enter construction zones or other closed areas.



The **South outdoor pool, North spa, kiddie pool, restaurant/tiki bar and parking garage remain unavailable at this time.**



Construction activity and noise may occur during permitted working hours. Resort amenities, construction areas and schedules are controlled by the resort/HOA and may change without notice. Current rates have been adjusted to reflect the ongoing resort restoration and temporary amenity limitations.



We want guests to have accurate expectations before arrival, so these conditions are disclosed prior to booking.

Condo was bigger than expected and for the most part quite clean. A little bit on the older side with some wear and tear on the inside and outside. Looked like there were some newer hardwood floors. One of the pools was closed. One of the elevators was not working forcing us to have to go to the other end of the building to use the other elevator. There was no separation between the balconies so you are right next to your neighbour(s) if you are both using the balcony at the same time. Super close to the beach. Beautiful and bright sunrise in the morning from the window overlooking the ocean. Well organized for checking in and out. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Very nice place

The place was very nice and clean. We only had a small problem with check in. It was fixed first thing the next morning. The view was amazing! There are plenty of things for you to do while you stay as well.

You were able to check-in right away with the keyless door access code we sent within your procedures, however the issue was that the resort didn't open the email we sent confirming your reservation & did not give you the common grounds keys right away, but we made them fix it right away as soon as you made us aware. We are upfront & transparent in our property description on Vrbo and that is correct there is at least 1 working elevator per the building which is why we state such at the very top of our property description. In the same disclosure we have been updating the evolving information regarding any amenities after our beach community was hit with back to back hurricanes. Beach access

There was no good impression of the property. The unit itself was very nice. The property however was a disaster none of the pools were operable as stated in the description. The property was a mess and had no beach access but to go around the block. I was very disappointed with the stay. Especially disappointed as I felt I was deceived on how the overall picture really looked.

We understand these circumstances are not ideal, but they are outside of our control as they are managed by the condominium association. I usually book with booking. Tried Vrbo this time and I will never do that again! Amenities were closed and was in small print so easily overlooked. Check in process was not clear. Booked through vrbo but it was through another third party company. Didn’t have proper check in instructions and passcode. I couldn’t even get extra towels! I will never use this site again!!!!! Horrible experience

View of a Grimy Swamp

The condo itself was clean and the pictures were accurate. There is vagueness in the listing about the amenities of the building, and there is nothing vague about it. There are NONE. There was one working elevator for the majority of our stay and it was very far away from the unit. The view is of the ocean, yes, but also of a green slimy swamp of a pool that hadn’t been working in years. The building has nothing in service (no pool, no ice machine, no gym, no restaurant, no front desk attendants) and is smelly and grimy. There has clearly been very little maintenance or repairs in many years. The instructions for the unit were outdated by many years and half are not valid, including the location of parking or the directions through the building to the unit.

The building continues to undergo repairs following hurricane damage, and the unavailable amenities—including the pool, fitness center, restaurant, front desk services, and other common areas—are disclosed in the property listing prior to booking. While these conditions are outside of our control, we understand they can impact the overall guest experience. We also appreciate you bringing the outdated arrival instructions to our attention.
