Beautiful and clean. Great location - close to pool. Nice patio w views. Hilton pass was ez pz and kids loved it. Management very responsive. Would def stay again!

Hawaiian paradise vacation

Our families had a fantastic day at this lovely house in Mauna Lani, it was definitely a sweet escape from our regular day today. House was well appointed with a well designed kitchen, including drink refrigerator, beds were comfortable, furniture, generously, seating, our party of eight, and we very much enjoyed the extra beach supplies, including chairs, and snorkeling equipment in the garage. We loved having bikes available for our full group to ride around the resort and explore without having to drive a car. I would love to come back next year to the same lovely home.

Good location…comfortable…adequately equipped. UNACCEPTABLE audiovisual with poor selection of Spectrum channels…high school sports, surf channels but NO GOLF CHANNEL and NO ACCESS to apps such as NETFLIX, YOU TUBE. TV & Cable wands do not work together acceptably.

Not up to expectations

We paid a lot of money for a week here (the review option will not let me list the approximate amount, but it was substantial). On arrival the cleaning staff were still there for 30 minutes. Then we had to notify the property management company that the bathroom sinks still had dried toothpaste and hair in them. They sent two people to remedy that but they just wiped the sinks with paper towels. The ice maker didn’t work. We had to request a bag of ice which they reluctantly brought us. The bike tires were all flat. A pitcher in the kitchen leaked after we put it in the fridge for cold water. The dryer had to be cycled twice to dry our towels and clothes. The AC quit working, had to have someone out to fix it, too. It was a nice property, but all of these things could have been avoided by better care and inspection of the property. We will not be staying there again. It was still a nice week, but should not have had so many issues at this price point.

Lovely Accomodations

Our family of 7, including our infant grandson, stayed for a week of Hawaiian bliss. Home was very well appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. 10/10!!

Relaxing Staycation

We live here on the Big Island but with the travel ban due to Covid we needed a getaway! We decided on KaMilo at Mauna Lani because you can’t beat the amenities of this wonderful location. 2 pools, a gym and access to the beach club was amazing! There is also an awesome grocery store a minute away making eating in very easy! The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed! The kids loved having the bikes and beach toys in the garage and all of the options on tv (Netflix, Disney + etc) Everything was super clean and functional. We can’t wait to go back! Jeff and Suzanne were excellent communicators and helped us out with our every need. Definitely book this property! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Place!

A group of us stayed here for a friend's wedding and had the best time! Everything was super clean when we got there and had enough beach towels for everyone. The only issue is that the temp only goes down to 72 degrees in the house, which got kind of stuffy at night since there's no fans in any of the rooms. Would have been nice to bring the temp down a little bit cooler at night. Other than that, everything was amazing and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great hospitality.

Big Island Vacation

Perfect setting and beautiful property. Only reason for 4 star overall is because we were not told of the construction of the new homes directly outside our back patio and master bedroom which started at 7am each morning. That would have been nice to know. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything for the best family vacation!!!!

The absolute perfect place to stay on Big Island! The pictures don't lie. Usually there is some disappointment going from picture to being there, but not here. Our family of five had a tough time leaving! The accommodations are first class, including; never needing anything more than what they have for cookware, utensils, cooking implements, plates, glasses, Ninja blender, french press of Cuisinart coffeemakers, Weber grill and grilling tools, all spices, oils, cleaning supplies, paper products and bar ware! For the beach and pool: six beach chairs, two umbrellas, three boogie boards, six snorkel sets, coolers, beach toys, towels, football and soccer ball. The lanai has views of Maui and Kohala and the ocean, plus the great sectional with the full pocket patio door! The place is immaculately furnished and the perfect comfort level to end a great day at the beach, pool or an adventure. Our family loved taking the bikes for ice cream and down to the beach to watch the sunsets. Thank you for everything, Jeff and Suzanne! We will be back next year!

Beautiful Home With Anything You Could Need For A Great Vacation - Highly Recommend

This house is really something special. The garage is full of anything you need to have fun anywhere in Hawaii, including all sizes of bikes, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, and plenty of other goodies. The kitchen is beautiful and stuffed to the brim with any cooking appliance or tool you could imagine. We took a trip to the Mauna Kea visitor's center, and were able to stay warm with hot tea in thermoses we found in the kitchen. The location is perfectly located just minutes away from a shopping center with a convenient grocery store. If you're not looking to adventure out to the beach, there's a pool area with a kid's and adult pools plus two hot tubs. Everything was easy to find, all the directions were clear and we ran into no issues with the house at all. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely brand new home and excellent property management

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new and spacious property. There is plenty of room to relax and entertain. The property managers went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our time here. The location is wonderful; a short drive to a local market, restaurants, beaches and nice resorts. The home is thoughtfully equipped with convenience items for those traveling with children: travel crib, high chair, life vests, bikes, sand toys. The home truly made our trip effortless and relaxing.
