Walk the Grand River Boardwalk while watching boats roll in and out of the channel, shop at local boutiques and bakeries, treat yourself to a waterfront dinner at The Kirby House, and enjoy an outdoor concert at Grand Haven Musical Fountain—all a two-minute drive (or sixteen-minute walk) from Grand Landing #312. Drive another mile along the channel to visit the lighthouse at Grand Haven State Park Beach and enjoy the sun and sand of Lake Michigan's west coast. Beach cart and four beach chairs are provided.

INSIDE THE HOME
The main floor of Grand Landing #312 has a spacious open concept kitchen with dual coffee maker leading to living area, the perfect place for unwinding and relaxing together after a day of exploring Grand Haven. Two main floor bedrooms with queen beds can be found on the main floor as well. Step out to the attached patio and enjoy the new high top table and chairs.

Spacious loft overlooks living area and offers an additional queen bed and a total of six guests can sleep comfortably with ample privacy. Our bedrooms include nightstands, dressers, and/or closets to ensure that you feel at home during your stay.

The 1800-square-foot home also features two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Because Michigan summers are hot and sunny, Grand Landing #312 is air-conditioned to keep you cool.

Though most areas in Grand Haven are walkable from the home, there is an attached parking lot for your easy access. This is the place you want to unwind. Grand Haven's sunsets are unmatched, and you won't want to miss this opportunity to enjoy the peace and fun this beach town has to offer.

Parking is available in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services.
