Spacious loft overlooks living area and offers an additional queen bed and a total of six guests can sleep comfortably with ample privacy. Our bedrooms include nightstands, dressers, and/or closets to ensure that you feel at home during your stay. The 1800-square-foot home also features two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Because Michigan summers are hot and sunny, Grand Landing #312 is air-conditioned to keep you cool.

Though most areas in Grand Haven are walkable from the home, there is an attached parking lot for your easy access. This is the place you want to unwind. Grand Haven’s sunsets are unmatched, and you won’t want to miss this opportunity to enjoy the peace and fun this beach town has to offer.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services.
