Located 700m from the Tootgarook front beach and a short drive to the back beach a perfect quiet location away from the busy Rye area Cosy and Comfy on the Peninsula is the perfect place for time away to work from the peninsula or take time out to relax with family or friends.

Features include, WiFi, off street parking, updated bathrooms and comfy rooms and spaces.
The house is equipped with sheets and towels, kitchen utensils and cooking essentials.
This house is also perfect to host guests temporarily working in the peninsula area short to mid term.

Lovely place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable and spacious yard for the kids to play. Would love to stay here again in future.

One one eight peninsula sits outside the busy Rye area during peak time yet is central to Rye and Rosebud shops and a short drive to Dromana and Portsea - take your pick. Also central to the Hot Springs, Golf courses, horse riding and nearby wineries.
