Smooth check in and out. Nice cosy house with easy accessibility to nearby good restaurants. Host can be communicated quite quickly via text. Quiet surrounding at night.It was a good stay after all. Needs improvement in housekeeping.

The house was so central to everything in Ballarat. It was clean neat and tidy and had everything we needed on our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern home in the heart of town

We really enjoyed our stay here!The house was nice and clean, with plenty of room for the kids to run around. The supplied toys, games and pens/pencils were welcomed by the kids.There was even some snacks, tea/coffee facilities and a bottle of wine!Highly recommend and would stay there again if in the area.

We had no hot water for showers, the basin in the main bathroom has a plumbing issue as is leaking underneath and door handle fell off the bathroom. Tried to communicate with the property manager and still have not received a response to the water issue from her. Stayz people were fantastic trying to sort it out. Needs a proper clean with the bathmat containing other guests hair etc. we went to our graduation with having no showers. I would not recommend.

Everything supplied!

This is a great house that is comfortable, spacious and has been stocked with everything you could think of! Street was quiet and we loved having the door lock and not have to worry about carrying keys. Would stay again.

Fully equipped lovely home for a Ballarat get away

What a lovely Ballarat weekend escape we just had. A group of six friends stayed in this house, which was presented well, very clean and filled with some lovely extras…including a bottle of wine! We didn’t have kids but if you did the house is fully equipped to keep them entertained. The kitchen has everything you need, TVs in every room and even the bathroom was fully stocked. We loved the outdoor couch for our morning cuppa too. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for a lovely stay!
