Elsworth Street is located within easy walking distance to Sovereign Hill, only 15 minutes walk to Ballarat CBD and with easy access to public transport.

'Elsworth Street Apartments' are well suited to families, couples, individuals, conference and other special interest groups.

The unit was great very handy to Soverign Hill and the city. It was cold so could’ve done with some more blankets in the wardrobe. We washed sheets in laundry area ( did ask for new ones but there wasn’t any info about the laundry area.. just figured it out) Overall enjoyed the stay.

Clean and comfortable

The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The heating was very effective during our winter stay. Would have liked towel racks or hooks. I wasnt sure if the heater bars should be used for that purpose. Also there were no oven instructions in the manual or online. It took us about 1/2 hour to figure out a button that looked like a clock setting was for the oven. I'd suggest adding that to the manual.

We enjoyed our stay

The renting process was easy. The property was clean and had everything we need it. It was in a good location, central to main attractions and close to the shops. It was in a quite court. The owners were very responsive before and after the stay. We highly recommend Fedliving.

Neat and tidy but room for improvement

The apartment was clean and tidy and perfectly suitable for a short stay. The check-in process was easy enough. The apartment was listed with 1 double and 2 single beds but unfortunately had 2 doubles, forcing my kids to share a bed. Disappointingly there are no instructions whatsoever in the apartment so everything is trial and error.

Clean, central, comfortable

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend as we explored Ballarat and the surrounding areas. It was the perfect spot for us. Super clean, really comfortable and super affordable. The building felt very secure and had great parking. Would definitely stay here again when in Ballarat.

Unfortunate event

During our stay there, my son woke up one morning complaining of severe itchiness on his arm and neck. On examination, we found multiple small red lesions on his left arm, neck and face. We contacted our GP who advised us to get antihistamines for him. She thinks they were bedbugs bites. We contacted the property manager the following day, after our departure and informed them on our concerns. They followed it up later and had some pest control check who could not find bedbugs. The bitting marks took about 2 weeks to clear, and we continued with antihistamines and local cream to settle the itchiness. My son does not have any medical conditions and never experienced anything like this in the past.

Perfect little getaway

This accommodation was excellent. Nice and clean. Plenty of space with a kitchen, lounge and separate bedrooms. Best spot to stay if visiting Sovereign Hill. Bit awkward being able to see into the other accommodation but that's only as you come out the lift. Once in your own space you are private.
