Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental fee to use it. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

Overall the property did not meet my expectations. It was on the pricier side when looking through all of the listings on this site as well as other sites. The house was exactly what the pictures showed however we had issues from the day we arrived. You could tell it was run more like a hotel rather than a house by the amount of times I needed to be in contact with the property manager. Both the projector in the theater room as well as on the pool were not working, fans did not work in bedrooms, blinds broken in the bathroom off the pool area so you could see right in, shower cartridge not closing fully so the water stayed running, and where it said not to grill along the pool area the walls were charred up. The pots and pans in the kitchen were all scratched and rusted from being used and need to be replaced. It seemed like it should have been checked better before we arrived. The gated community did not have any security on the premises besides at the gate. While I know you cannot control who rents around you we had people up until 4am multiple nights blasting music and partying because we could smell all the weed around. Not what I was looking for with the amount of kids we had on the trip.There were positives to the trip and I would add more but I am limited on how long the review can be. When I go back to Orlando I will be looking at other properties over this area as there are more negatives then positives to the space for the price you pay.

The home was definitely a vibe. The game rooms, theater room, and outdoor movie screen were wonderful amenities, on top of the property being on a resort which gave us several options for activities onsite. We cooked a few meals and all cookware and utensils were stocked in the kitchen so we didn't lack for anything in that regard. My main suggestion would be for property manament to make sure electronics/appliances are properly connected and working as expected. We had issues with the outdoor movie screen but figured it out after adjusting the settings and HDMI connection. The ice maker never worked properly even after having the technician come out. He said if it still didn't work after a few hours from him resetting it that he would come back out to replace it. Since we bought ice in the interim, we chose not to interrupt our trip with an additional tech visit but I have no doubt it would've been taken care of. Bedding appeared to be clean despite us finding a few stains that probably just didn't come out in the wash.Overall we had a really great experience and would definitely recommend this rental.The house presented as clean and organized and the ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms was perfect. Our group of 11 was very comfortable. I would absolutely consider this home again.

Great Family Vacation

This is not the first property I have stayed at from this company and they did NOT disappoint per usual. The house was just as pictured. Our family of 11 stayed comfortably here for 3 nights. We enjoyed the pool, movie theater, and EVERYTHING. My 4 year old son absolutely loved the “Toy Story” little kids nook. We are looking forward to the next vacation in Orlando and exploring more of this company’s properties.

Great place for a family!

This home was perfect for our families Disney trip. The bedrooms were decorated nicely and really comfortable beds! The kids loved the pool, movie theater, and game room. After riding the Avatar ride at Disney, they couldn’t wait to come back and watch the movie in the theatre!! I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Spacious comfortable house

We really enjoyed staying at the house. The theater room was appreciated and our 2 year old granddaughters loved the pool. We did have some noisy neighbors a couple of nights, but I don’t that is normal.

Great vacation home!

The vacation home was awesome. There was plenty of room and entertainment for everyone.Check in process was easy. Everyone was able to get in at the gate with no problems.The house was nice and clean with modern amenities. The theater room was great for the kids to watch sonic, Garfield, and other movies.The pool was spacious and the kids said the pool heat worked well. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone.The laundry room is a nice touch. Two modern washers and dryers made laundry so much simpler.It was a great experience for everyone.

beautiful home

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. We had some trouble getting into the neighborhood on several occasions and found some of the staff at the gates very rude. It also takes some time to get anyone the help in these situations we had people in our party waiting over 30 minutes at the gate as we had an issue with what names were given to the guards. Overall I would recommend the property.

Nice home, has something for everyone!

The home was as advertised, with plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out comfortably. One of the highlights was definitely the pool/hot tub with poolside projector screen. The game room upstairs was also a hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the movie room and most nights the kids slept in there. While we truly enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The floors and carpets could have been cleaner, and there was an odd smell when we first arrived, which we managed with a few candles. The refrigerator had a leak that required us to frequently mop up water, and the water pressure in the showers was quite weak, even when only one shower was in use. Additionally, some of the chairs in the movie room weren’t functioning properly, which was a bit disappointing. The property manager was extremely responsive and advised they are working on repairing the fridge and chairs. The location is about 30-40 minutes from Disney World depending on traffic, so if theme parks are your main focus, it’s a bit of a drive. However, the house itself had so many amenities and activities to offer that we didn’t mind the distance. Overall, it was a great stay with plenty of space and entertainment options. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend.

Amazing property and location!

This home was everything we wanted and more! Perfect location to drive to the parks. The neighborhood had so many amenities- our kids absolutely loved it! Keith and the property manager were very responsive to any questions. Do not hesitate to book this property!

Excellent value!

We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and own a few of our own. I have never experienced a value like this. I would have expected to pay at least 50% more for this home. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of spaces to hang out, and entertainment for everyone! Our toddler grandson loved the Toy Story space under the stairs, our teen loved the Harry Potter room, our 11 year old loved the bunk room, and everyone loved the pool after the long hot days at the theme parks. The community clubhouse and water park were a great way to spend our free day. The pool side service was excellent. Get the shrimp tacos! The place was spotless, location was convenient, and the host was there when we needed them. You should stay here!

Quick Visit With Our Daughter

The house was amazing! After searching through countless properties, we loved the Spiderman movie room and the incredible Star Wars game room...and the private pool! So fun and quiet and soooo much space! We easily made it to Disney and to SeaWorld during our trip, too. Our daughter has moved to Davenport so this was close to her and all the action. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
