This 490 sq. ft.condo sleeps up to 4 people with a set of Bunk Beds in the entry area and a Queen Murphy Bed in the Living Area. A short walk to the American Flyer Lift, this sunny unit features a full size kitchen, a full size bath and an extra vanity sink. The sizable living area has plenty of room for the family to relax in and free WiFi is included too. With beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range, this condo will welcome you with morning sunshine. A 3 minute walk is all that is required to the American Eagle and Flyer chairlifts and the slopes of Copper Mountain. Located in the Center Village, Telemark 314 is ideal for a small group or a family looking for cost effective lodging for their vacation. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-98269 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Awesome location!!

Exactly as shown and we really loved the very short walk to the lift. Perfect for 3 or 4 if two are younger kids.

Location, Location, Location

Great property within a quick walk to American Flyer chair. Garage parking conveniently located below the complex. Studio unit that comfortably fits a family of four if the kids are young. We had a great experience as always in Copper!

Clean and Close

Property was very clean and well located about 2 blocks from the American Flyer lift. I was there by myself so there was plenty of room but 4 people in the unit would be a bit cramped. Ski locker and building laundry were convenient.

It was a nice spacious room, clean, with a good view, close to everything, including the ski lift. Everything was well organized and arranged. Only one night people were making lots of noise in another room, and since there is no one on site, didn´t know what to do about that.

Great Unit!

The unit was just like the pictures and was well-appointed. We had all the kitchen gear needed, and towels and soap/shampoo were provided. The Murphy bed was convenient and comfortable. My son enjoyed the bunk bed. There is a locker to store ski gear, and it's a 5-minute walk to the lift (which we did in our ski boots). Highly recommend.

Family ski trip

The location is great! Only disappointment was the hot tub. It was not clean. Messaged host & received messaged response that the responsible party was notified. Contract is clear that the hot tub is not a guarantee but it is a nice perk after sking so if it is something you enjoy, you may not want to reconsider or inquire on condition before you book.

Was only a short walk to the main lifts, skiers in my group were having no problem walking the distance in their ski boots. Parking garage made unloading and loading gear so much more convenient and comfortable. Overall completely satisfied with our stay. We locked ourselves out of our room at one point and made one phone call, confirmed some information, and got a new key card easy peasy.

Close to lift.

About a 3 minute walk to American Flyer lift. Building smelled a little funky. Hot tub had some scuz in it. Unit was pretty good and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, etc. TV is small - couldn’t see it well from the couch. It was nice that it had fans and a humidifier in the closet. Garage parking was great.

Good spot. But hot tub offline and has issues with parking

Can’t beat the location for Copper. Building is nice. Elevator is nice to have. Liked the unit though the kitchen is awkward IF you plan to cook much. We did have two problems during our stay. The hot tub was out of order. Not sure if that was just bad luck or an ongoing issue. Also there was supposed to be a parking pass in the unit for garage. There was no pass and the Copper Vacations had not solution for us on that other than to let the security company know. We didn’t get towed or booted but it was something we were concerned about during our stay. I’d stay again if the hot tub was online and the parking was resolved though.

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at this property.The kitchen was well equipped, the views were amazing.some things to consider changing : I really hope they change the mattresses for kids bunk beds. Our kids didn't sleep on those beds and had to sleep on the couch. According to the kids, they were very 'pokey'. . They could have provided salt in the shaker or just remove the shakers from the big deal as we bought salt from the store. I think they can provide some coffee or tea bags as a welcome gesture. You feel at home when you find these waiting for you in the kitchen. Not a deal breaker but would be nice to have. Over all we had a nice stay.

Great spot for quick getaway for a family

Reviewer Comments: Condo was more spacious than expected, adequately stocked, very clean, good location for skiing (short walk to Center Village lifts) and good value overall. One adult with three kids worked fine for five nights, but larger group may want a bit more space and 2nd bathroom. Hot tub was on the fritz the duration of our stay which was a bit disappointing in the winter. Washer/dryer facility not great either, just FYI. Check-in process was easy but not clear at outset (make sure you know where you're going when you arrive based on rental source - no front desk at Lodge itself). Garage parking was nice to have, and didn't know it was offered prior to arrival. Beds all had plastic mattress covers which are noisy and uncomfortable for sleeping - suggest you remove or ask they be removed in advance. Otherwise, everything comfortable and again, very clean upon arrival. No daily maid service, but can request towels, soaps, etc.. Streaming apps on tv not updated, but brought my own firestick which worked just fine. Grocery options very limited at Copper (one small sundries store has basics), so be aware if you plan on eating in. Kitchen had salt and pepper, but no other foodstuffs for meal prep/coffee/etc. Dishes, cookware, utensils satisfactory for our group. Check out was a breeze (just text office when you leave).
