This 600 sq. ft. top floor condominium in the East Village where the lift lines are smaller and the ski runs are always bigger. The Master Bedroom in this condominium contains a King Size Bed and cable TV. The Living Room is comprised of a King Sofa Sleeper brings the accommodations to 4 people, with a Gas Fireplace, Free WiFi, flat screen TV, a Full Sized Bath and Dining area and a covered patio with majestic mountain views. The Full Sized Kitchen is integrated into the living room floor plan giving you an inviting and open feel. Heated, Underground parking round out the Amenities available to guests in this building. With its quiet East Village location, Copper Springs Lodge 426 is ideal for family or friends who want to be only a 1 min. walk away from Copper Mountain's best skiing. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR22-R-00090 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation for 11 days over Christmas. We wish there had been more snow, but there was just enough to make it interesting. Our condo was exactly as described and cozy but comfortable for our family of 4. We ate in most of the time and found the kitchen reasonably well-stocked. The garage parking was great, as were the amenities (pool table, hot tub, etc.). Awesome location by the slopes.

Great condo, great location

My wife and I visited Copper Mtn on a ski vacation. This condo is a short walk to the Super Bee lift, and an even shorter walk back. We found the condo to contain everything we needed for our week-long stay.

Very enjoyable stay

Everything was in great shape in this unit and the communication was excellent. As others have mentioned, the hot tubs were empty and out of order, though this was mentioned as beyond the control of the property manager.

Last Minute Booking

Condo was beautiful. The pictures listed are exactly how the condo is. The balcony and the location was the highlight. Corner unit and top floor. Although we were here for wedding events, we were able to get some rest and relaxation as well once we got back to the condo. Enjoyed the village and weather. Would stay at this condo again.

Easy location, clean..

Easy location in East Village. Top floor end unit, great morning sunshine. At least my 3rd time staying in the building. Hot Tub service needs to improve; guests at a property this large should not have to remove or replace the covers. The bottom was pretty sandy & gritty. Maybe try using or find some anti foaming chemicals. Also would like to suggest access to hot tub before 10 am. I understand and appreciate the 10pm close keeps things quiet. Looking forward to a return trip.

Outdated

Extremely outdated unit and building with yucky water stains on the ceiling. The pool/hot tub were under construction, which we weren’t informed about (to my knowledge anyway). Despite these things, the unit was comfortable, with a good view and location. It seems these things override the owners requirement to update. We were there in the summer months, so building and surrounding area was deserted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our stay. While the unit is very basic, that was not an issue for us whatsoever. However, we would have appreciated the ice maker being turned on so we actually had ice made for our arrival. Most importantly, the unit had a mildew odor which never went away. This was prevalent in the bedroom more than elsewhere. This made us wonder if there was, potentially, mold in the walls since this is a corner unit, perhaps some bad water entry somewhere. We don't watch TV, but if I did I would have wanted a larger TV in the bedroom. While the unit appeared clean throughout, the issue was not the appearence, but the "musty" & "mildewy" smell.

The apartment was nice and had everything we had minus a few basic kitchen supplies that would have been nice. Had an excellent time at Copper. Can't beat this condo's location. Very short walk to Super Bee lift, or take the bus to either Center or West. The bus stop is literally steps from building's door. Appreciated the heated basement garage.

Excellent choice at Copper

Excellent location, really close walk to Super Bee lift. Accommodations were clean, just as described. Nice little extras, couple of fans and humidifiers in the room. Comfy sleeper-sofa. Could not get early check-in but management staff allowed us into the lobby early and overall were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a small group looking to stay at Copper.
