This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Chateau Dumont is located in downtown Aspen, only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. This condo features a full kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry closet, and a flat screen TV in the living area.

Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible to a King
Guests of Chateau Dumont receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, on-site free parking* or street permit parking, free Wi-Fi, housekeeping, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support. This complex does not have an elevator, and firewood is not provided. Guests will need to purchase firewood from City Market.
All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
