This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium is a corner unit with an open living area with plush furniture and traditional mountain decor. Chateau Chaumont has an excellent location, only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. This condo's amenities include upgraded bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer. The guest bedroom has a King bed and a set of Twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom has a King bed and TV. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. Please note that the fireplace in this unit is not functional for winter 2023-24.

Common amenities at the Chateau Chaumont include an on-site hot tub and on-site free parking on a first-come, first-served basis (underground covered parking available). If onsite parking is unavailable, a complimentary residential street permit will be provided. This complex has no elevator.

Guests receive complimentary Aspen airport transfers. free Wi-Fi, housekeeping, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
