Sprig Dwelling

You’ll be just four short blocks to seven miles of level, sandy beach framed by majestic Neahkanhie Mountain, and even closer to the delights of Laneda Avenue, where you will find a host of sweet shops, and restaurants, wine, spa services to make your stay special.

Sprig Dwelling evokes the simplicity of Scandinavian design, with details that will lend relaxation to your time at the beach. The light, open living area includes comfy leather furnishings, a TV, and a fireplace for gathering your guests. The beautifully appointed modern kitchen has cool, updated counters and stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar and table for dining.

Each of the three bedrooms has a Saatva mattress and luxury linens for the perfect night’s sleep. A front porch is furnished for morning coffee; the private backyard extends your dining options with a grill. Open your vacation horizons and lift your spirits with a stay in this artful gem of a home!

The location is perfect and the house looks in good condition. We thought the beds could be upgraded to more comfortable beds and maybe have a king size bed in the master bedroom. The current bed creaks when sitting or turning over in bed.

Great beach house!

We had a great weekend at this lovely house. The location was great and only a few minutes walk to many restaurants/shops and the beach. It was clean and we had everything we needed. This is a very well managed property and the communication was easy and prompt.

Great location!

The house is within a block from the main street running through Manzanita, so the beach, restaurants, shops, a small, family owned grocery store is easily within walking distance.Those who are tall or elderly should note that the furniture (couch, chairs, Master bad) is low to the ground, so getting in and out can be more work.

Loved our stay!

What a excellent spot, so convenient to the beach, shops, and great strolls through the neighborhood. We will always look to stay here when making a trip out to coast again. Highly recommended for kids, families, or anyone that is looking for a super clean, well stocked home away from home.

Lovely girls weekend!

The location was incredible for a lovely girls weekend! The property was perfect for four of us, and exceptionally walkable to the beach, coffee shops, brunch, etc. Will definitely be back!

Family trip

Our family of 5 stayed and absolutely loved the rental. You get an amazing property, location and value!!! It really is a short walk to restaurants, coffee, shopping and the beach. This is one of the best beach rentals we’ve had, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful location and beautiful ambiance

Our stay was wonderful! The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the location can’t be beat! It is around the corner from downtown Manzanita, with shopping and restaurants, and only a few blocks for the beach. Looking forward to staying here again.

Fun cozy home
