Sprig Dwelling

Sprig Dwelling evokes the simplicity of Scandinavian design, with details that will lend relaxation to your time at the beach. The light, open living area includes comfy leather furnishings, a TV, and a fireplace for gathering your guests. The beautifully appointed modern kitchen has cool, updated counters and stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar and table for dining.

Each of the three bedrooms has a Saatva mattress and luxury linens for the perfect night’s sleep. A front porch is furnished for morning coffee; the private backyard extends your dining options with a grill. The location is perfect and the house looks in good condition. We thought the beds could be upgraded to more comfortable beds and maybe have a king size bed in the master bedroom. The current bed creaks when sitting or turning over in bed.

Great place- early and undisclosed checkout

Great property! Well located. Very well-equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook. My only complaint was having to interface with a non-VRBO second web interface to find out critical info such as checkout time. As it turned out we only found this buried deep in the secondary website the night before. I contacted the manager via text requesting a late checkout and was told this was not possible and we had to be out by 10am. I’ve never checked out of any hotel or rental before 11am and was hoping for noon. This was additionally onerous because the expectations for guest maid service was also the most I’ve ever experienced: strip all beds, load washing machine and start their laundry for the owner,Load and run dishwasher , empty all trash into an already full outdoor bin. I think a 10am checkout is unreasonable, especially with all these tasks expected. To bury this key item of information in a secondary website was truly frustrating.

cute clean property but…

…we encountered lots of problems! 1.) we waited 90 minutes for the cleaning people to finish up. 2.) both the entry and lock box code did not work. 3.) the tv wasn’t working for half of our stay 4.) one of the bed frames and headboard was broken 5.) one of the toilet seats was broken

Great beach house!

We had a great weekend at this lovely house. The location was great and only a few minutes walk to many restaurants/shops and the beach. It was clean and we had everything we needed. This is a very well managed property and the communication was easy and prompt.

Great location!

The house is within a block from the main street running through Manzanita, so the beach, restaurants, shops, a small, family owned grocery store is easily within walking distance.Those who are tall or elderly should note that the furniture (couch, chairs, Master bad) is low to the ground, so getting in and out can be more work.

Manzanita....Good Vibe

Manzanita is a great little town with a different feel than most of the Oregon coast. House was very clean. It seemed it had not been used for a bit and there was a musty smell in the kitchen area. Notified the host and air purifiers were provided. That helped a great deal. Perfect location to walk to restaurants or grocery stores. Enjoyed our stay!!!!

Convenient to town

Wonderful accommodations, but they could use more comfortable furniture. And better instructions for using the tv - never did get access channels even following their “step by step” instructions. And closing instructions saying to use “1,2,3,4,5,6” with checkmark did not work; I just locked it using my code. So an update to the printout would be advised. But all in all, a great time had by my sisters & I.

Family trip

Our family of 5 stayed and absolutely loved the rental. You get an amazing property, location and value!!! It really is a short walk to restaurants, coffee, shopping and the beach. This is one of the best beach rentals we’ve had, we will definitely be back.

Cheerful Getaway

The house is a great location. One block from town. It’s almost perfect. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace. The 2 bathrooms did not have liquid hand soap at the sinks. The main bathroom needs a doorstop. Everything else is great! Love the kitchen.

Came for a ladies weekend of shopping, beach walks, dining, and evenings by the fireplace. The home was lovely and well equipped. The location was walkable to everything and very peaceful. An ideal getaway!

Lovely mid century modern home

We loved this house. Really liked the mid century decor. House was equipped with everything we needed( except an iron) used for sewing project. But not a deal breaker : ) the house was very clean and so close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Great house that felt like home - everything is clean, kid friendly, and comfortable. Great selection of books and games and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. 5-10 minute walk to beach, playground and right around the corner from shops and restaurants.

Great Getaway Weekend

House was how pictures showed. It was small but so roomy. After staying there plan to come back with kids. Had a couple small things that came up. Contacted management company and instant help. Have already started to look at their other properties to rent. Thank you for a great stay.
