This home is literally a 30 second walk from the courtyard to the sand of beautiful Marcoola Beach.

Located in the iconic Ramada Resort, Marcoola Beach, this exclusive beach house in prime position makes the perfect home away from home.

Guests are provided full access to the Ramada's resort facilities which includes heated pools, gym, restaurant and poolside bar.

This amazing four level beachfront home offers an extensive list of highlights - here are just a few:
- Two levels of open plan living spilling to private alfresco terraces
- Entertainers kitchen with oversize bench, breakfast bar and butlers pantry
- Floor to ceiling glass encapsulating your outlook on every level
- Palatial master suite spanning an entire floor with private terrace, lux bathroom with spa
- Large roof top terrace with sweeping ocean views from north to south
- Private swimming pool
- Oversize double garage with internal access

Pandanus luxury beach house is situated on a patrolled, pristine swimming beach, this home away from home will give you easy access to the region's renowned attractions. Spend a day exploring the expansive Australia Zoo or at Sea Life Mooloolaba. If it is adrenaline you seek, the Sunshine Coast is also home to the Aussie World theme park or the Bli Bli Water sports Complex just to mention a few. You can go snorkelling, diving or whale watching near by, or ride some of the most exciting surf breaks at Noosa Heads. There is world-class golf courses, alfresco dining and boutique shopping all within minutes. Don't have a car, not to worry local bus stop is just minutes walk from 'Pandanus'.

Right on the doorstep is Surfair Beach Bistro, if you don't feel like cooking in the fully equip kitchen - Surfair Beach Bistro provides daily breakfast, lunch and dinner and also has a beautifully renovated pool bar and sports bar.

Other things to note: The beach house is spread over multi levels - while this abundance of space is great for most it does make the beach house unsuitable for those that are unable to negotiate stairs.

Incredible location and property

Stayed with family, kids included. Location is about as close to the beach as you'll get! Was amazing. House is beautiful and is as expected from the listing, possibly the photos don't do it justice. The owner was excellent to communicate with for check in and out too👌 Will stay again.

Host was exceptional

Our host Kyla was fabulous to deal with and her additions to the property were very well thought out. Plenty of necessities that made staying even easier. Pandanus was a great size for our family of 7, with plenty of space and just a short stroll to the beach. Having access to Ramada was very handy for cocktails by the pool and easy dinner at Surfair.

Beautiful beach house in a superb location

Our stay at pandanus beach house was really beautiful. This luxury beach house just meters from the beautiful Marcoola beach was a great stay. Spacious and well equipped, beautifully furnished and conveniently located with beach access as well as the use of Ramada facilities made it a great holiday for our family. Communication with the owner and manager was great. There are some issues which do need to be addressed such as lack of air conditioning on the main living area, (it’s there but not currently working, fans provided to compensate). Would stay again.

Excellent in every way

I stayed at this property for a week in March 2023 and couldn’t be happier. It is even better in person than the photos suggest, with heaps of space and privacy, close proximity to beach, foreshore walking track, convenience store, coffee roasters cafe etc. It is part of the Ramada resort, but separate too, so best of both worlds. It is an amazing dwelling, effectively 5 levels - including the underground garage and rooftop sundeck. Spotlessly clean, with all the essentials of every day living and, consistent with all other reviews, Kyla was very friendly, helpful and communicative throughout the booking process and stay.

Incredible!!!

From the moment we entered the home to the day we left everything exceeded our expectations. This is a modern open design layout with spacious areas to relax and be with your family and friends. The beach and ocean is pristine. The sand and warm water make it great for swimming. A lifeguard station is located close to the property. As well you have access to the facilities at the Ramada resort next door. Kyla was a fantastic host, very responsive to all questions sent. The only regret that we have is that we didn’t book for two weeks. Very hard to leave. Thanks Kyla!!

Great spot but home needs alot of work. So many things didnt work or were broken. It is such a shame as home could be great. No maintenance done on this home in a long time. We were very disappointed and felt ripped off. Photos

great holiday cut short by illness

Unfortunately had to cut the stay short due to an incredibly rare long covid condition (hospital 3 weeks) but for the days I was able to enjoy the property it was great. Communication with Kyla both prior and during the stay was great. We had issues with the dryer which Kyla dealt with within 24 hours and when we requested another access "dongle" it was provided within the hour. The property was well appointed with everything you would need for a weeks stay. Butlers pantry had all the essentials and the cookware was decent. Welcome pack and beers in the fridge was a nice touch. Was a pity the ice machine in the fridge wasn't working for cocktail hour, but we easily remedied this with a bag of ice from the convenience store across the road. The downstairs was great for us and our two kids as it gave us a space away from my parents who were staying in the master upstairs. The pool downstairs is not heated (whereas the resort pool is) and freezing cold so we didn't use it once despite it being the middle of summer. The access directly to the beach and about 40m away from the resort meant we were on constant rotation between beach->resort pool->hot shower->food & drink->repeat. The shower soap / shampoo / hand wash dispensers everywhere you could possibly need made things super easy. The rooftop is there for anyone who wants to see the sea, however as there was no furniture up there, we just used it as an area for the kids to scoot around (cocktail hour). Good stay.

Boys weekend away

Kyra and this property were both amazing all weekend. We arrived with welcome gifts in the fridge and she was always available with any questions we had. The check in and out went smoothly and the place it's self was beautiful to stay in. Anyone looking for a beach getaway in a big house I highly recommend staying here
