Anchors Aweigh - Meredith Lodging

This is an oceanfront home with some unbeatable qualities and windows to let in awe-inspiring views, spacious rooms, and a light palette that seems to intensify the ocean light. Multiple decks extend out for unobstructed views. Hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, and a fireplace grace the great room, which stretches across the entire front of the home with large windows to the ocean. An upstairs queen suite includes so much room it almost qualifies as a bonus room. With large windows on two sides, it's like a crow's nest with even more spectacular views, especially from the deck. Anchors Aweigh will give you all that you hope for in an Oregon Coast vacation home: views, salt air, space, and convenience to all the places you want to visit. It's a great place to drop your anchor for a stay at the beach!

Views are amazing, loved the stairs to the beach, and loved the deck! The house itself needs some deep cleaning and repair (light fixtures especially). Overall, we love this area and really enjoyed our trip!

The view was great! However the house could be cleaner. The floors were still dusty and so were the windows. We were planning to do a bqq but the grill was dirty and we had to go to a park instead. The oven also wasn’t working properly.

Our family of 10 stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the location. The oceanfront view was absolutely stunning, and watching the sunset from the house was the highlight of our stay. The peaceful setting made for a wonderful getaway, and we truly appreciated being so close to the beach!That said, we feel the house could be better equipped and maintained for large groups. For a home accommodating 10 guests, only half a roll of paper towels was provided, and there was no laundry detergent available. The furniture also felt quite old and could use some updating.Overall, this property has incredible potential because of its amazing location and breathtaking views. With a few improvements to the furnishings and better stocking of basic household supplies, it would provide a much more comfortable experience for future guests.

Some maintenance on the property could be better, but for the price it was a nice, clean place to stay in Lincoln City. Stunning views of the ocean.

Family 4th of July getaway

This was a comfortable and capacious headquarters for a family Fourth of July getaway. Amazing views and plenty of room, good beach access down a steep set of stairs.

Great place for the whole family

An amazing place to stay. Lots of room for the whole family. Plenty to do for all ages. You can watch the whales spout out the huge windows and go explore the tide pools right out front. We would definitely stay again!

Fun Beach Getaway!

Our trip to the coast was great and the house was wonderful! The photos online are a tad dated but we had a great visit. The property has beautiful views and plenty of amenities to enjoy! Overall, a fun experience!

Dog friendly vacation weekend

We really enjoyed the view the most at this property, it rained a lot but we still got to enjoy it. Beach access is not far away which all could manage. Thanks for letting us bring our dogs as they had a blast as well!

Nice location, great views..kitchen not very clean and quality of utensils/ pots and pans questionable..left burner on stove doesn’t work BUT!! We had a great time .. space was nice.

Beautiful view

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and great views of the beach. The bonus room bed is a hard futon though so I don’t recommend counting on it as an additional bedroom. Queen bed downstairs dipped in the middle and the furniture was older and not as comfortable. We had a nice stay.

House across the street burned down so there was some smoke that drove us out early.

Views views views!

This place has views to die for. We loved watching the whales from the windows and deck. The neighboring properties are a bit… interesting. The house is dated and we had some things broken when we checked in, but the communication was excellent.

Relax & Recharge

We were looking a quite getaway to bring the family and this hit the spot. 3 story home so everyone had their own space when needed, especially the teenagers :) The house was well apportioned and had everything we needed. Of course the main point of going to the beach is for the views and having private access to the beach was awesome.

Large and wonderful views.

House was very large. Allowed great views and independent spaces for everyone to relax. Neighborhood contained some houses that are very run down/in disrepair, especially next door.

Overall we had a great stay. It is an Ocean front location with private steps to the beach. Large accommodation with comfortable beds. On the negative side, the home had two frying pans, both which were bad. The washing machine was nonfunctional which we found out 3 days before checking in.
