From foster care to CEO, Jia built her career in real estate operations early—senior management by 20, AVP by 27, and later Vice President of Operations at an asset management company in Scottsdale, AZ. Jia also brings a unique advantage: she has traveled extensively and stayed in short-term rentals around the world—so she understands the guest experience firsthand. That “guest + host” perspective guides every detail we provide and every process we build.
