I am originally from Ballarat but spent 16 years in Papua New Guinea working in management for an extremely large security company. In this time I became experienced in all aspects of the industry including businesses, property & personal protection proceedures. In this period I also traveled internationally every 9 weeks. This gave me insights into many different kinds & levels of accommodations available. I used that knowledge to set up my BNB's to the highest of standards.
Previous to that I spent 10years in the hospitalities industry manageing & working in hotels, motels, nightclubs ect. In this period I learnt extensive customer service skills that have assised me in all aspects of businesses I have been involved in since then.
I am available & more than happy to be contaced by my guests before, after and throughout their stay. I take great pride in my work & stive to ensure guest satifaction when staying at my properties.

I loved the back lounge room. It is massive. Undercover entertainment area is lovely to sit in on nice days.
Location is quiet but only 5 blocks to the CBD of Ballarat.
