We had a wonderful stay at Chadwick Stayz. The property was comfortable, well presented and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was a great base for exploring the area, and we really appreciated the thought that had gone into making the accommodation welcoming and convenient. Communication was easy, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. We would happily stay again and recommend Chadwick Stayz to others!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Chadwick is beautifully presented, with everything we needed. Nice & warm on our late afternoon arrival & in the following frosty Ballarat morning. Hosts were excellent, with a detailed booklet provided online & on the dining table, was very helpful. Great location, close to Ballarat Central, but in a quiet part of town.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chadwick which has it own charm - especially loved having breakfast out in the garden. Close to shops and restaurants and a short 5-10 minute drive to the Main Street and Lake Wendouree. Will definitely return sometime in the future when down this way again.

Fabulous Cottage, Stylish touches of Luxury

We traveled to Ballarat for a family birthday and decided to make it a mini break at the same time. Spotted this cottage online and thought it looked lovely, but it surpassed our expectations. Love the touches. We were very comfortable and warm. An unexpected joy with the quaint bookshop next door. Overall a brilliant stay.

Incredible property, location & hosts!

My partner & I could not be any happier with our stay at the Chadwick. From the communication with our hosts, to the perfect location & immaculate, luxury property - it made our stay in Ballarat the most wonderful experience. The property itself had the most beautiful finishes, the bedding was extremely comfortable & it really felt like 5 star accomodation with all the small touches. The addition of welcome snacks was a pleasant surprise & really topped off our stay. Thankyou so much for the care & effort you have put into your property, & for making it such a warm, comfortable home away from home.

A beautifully designed and appointed apartment with lovely homely touches such as a loaf of fresh bread waiting on arrival, chocolate biscuits, milk and breakfast provisions for the morning. The apartment offered quality linen and was very clean. The location was very convenient, 5 mins by car to CBD and lake. Lovely coffee shop and bookshop nearby. Would highly recommend. We are grateful for having such a lovely place to stay - it made our visit to Ballarat so enjoyable. Thankyou.

Gorgeous cottage, beautifully decorated and designed. Nicely decked out (could do with a few more books and magazines, a board game or two). So clean and very comfortable!
