Fantastic location!! Two bedroom apartment for those wanting to get away and who appreciate great location, beach living and a taste of home. An office set up in the second bedroom also provides a cozy work from home space.

Papamoa Beach is across the road, a 3-minute walk to Papamoa Domain and surf club with Shops, cafes, eateries and supermarkets, a 5-minute walk. Bayfair shopping Mall is approx. 10 minutes by car and Mount Maunganui Beach, approx. 15-minute drive.

The separate apartment is on the ground floor of a beach house with your own separate access, living space, dining and small kitchenette. A shared private electric gate provides safe parking for the car.

This space is great for singles, couples, friends and professionals working away from home!

The nightly rate advertised is for two people. A 3rd guest is an additional $60 per night.

Home away from home for employee

I booked this accommodation for one of our employee's working offsite, he has been very happy with the home away from home and the location and amenities have been great. Communication is excellent and our business will happily continue to book with Bec when required. Thank You.

Beach Stay

The property was located a short walk from the beach and also close to shops and dining. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable, clean, and quiet environment. We appreciated the owners response time and flexibility. We enjoyed are stay and time with family.

Bugga about the weather!

Great commnication with Bec, shame weather was terrible as impacted the event we were looking to attend. Good location and large property for a sunny day!
