Drop your bags, take a deep breath and enjoy this fantastic 3 Level, 3-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath townhome with a full kitchen and updates throughout. The home has four wall A/C units. The first level features a living room with a gas fireplace, a dining area, a full kitchen, and a half bath. The second level has the master bedroom, a full bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a second bathroom. The third level features a loft bedroom area. The home has a private balcony off all bedrooms and the kitchen and a large deck off the living room with access to a rear walkway, a community pool (up to 5 feet deep), and tennis courts.
The balconies on each level offer views of the community pool, tennis courts and the best sunsets in Ocean City.
Situated on the bayside of Ocean City and is a 10-minute stroll to the beach. This delightful getaway features four private balconies, a game room with Ping-Pong, and four smart TVs. Enjoy the use of the community pool and tennis courts. Northside Park is only a 5-minute drive away. Walk to the BEACH, shopping, restaurants, and more is all just a short 10 min walk along a quiet residential road with canal views.
