The well-designed home is the perfect getaway for those who wish to make memories with friends or family by relaxing in front of the gas fireplace, playing at the beach, visiting the quaint village nearby, exploring the water via kayak, or enjoying games in the large yard.

INSIDE
This luxurious lakehouse is elevated by high-end fixtures and furnishings. and continues with custom grand modern floating staircase and wide plank floors throughout. The home's entrance is a great spot to watch the birds and sip your coffee in the cozy sunroom.

Designed for discerning home cooks, the chef's kitchen's top of the line appliances, quartz counters, and commercial grade gas range will not disappoint. Gather around the island while you cook and flow easily to the open concept dining room to dine together at the custom-made live edge dining table seating 8. Accentuated ambiance with the cast gas fireplace.

An impressive custom made wood/steel floating staircase greets you in the great room, and floor to ceiling windows capture sunsets and fill the home with natural light.

Play one of the many games provided (like the beautiful crokinole table) or cuddle up to a movie on the Smart TV with your loved ones. Tell stories and swap secrets under the soaring 30ft cathedral ceiling until late at night.

OUTSIDE
Claim your Adirondack chair around the firepit and settle in for s'mores and ghost stories. A picnic table is available for quick lunches, and the tiki bar is a real crowd pleaser! Grill up some steaks at the propane BBQ grill, and enjoy the magical feeling of being surrounded by trees.

NOTE: Lake access is across the street 2 doors down. You can see the beach better in the video. 2025 we have a bit of beach. Newly added stairs for lake access!
The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

Enjoy the water with the watercraft provided: 2 kayaks - 2 lifejackets are provided but you will want to bring lifejackets for children
Hop on the pair of adult-sized bikes to explore the surrounding area.

Linens are available for $20/person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

Note: All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required.

Bring your hiking boots and plan a trip during leaf-peeping season for a display of color, or come enjoy the quiet of winter and crunch through the snow in evergreen forests.
