The Space:
PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.
Bring the boat, kayak, bikes, fishing rod and a good book. Just a short walk to the "Landing" with a restaurant, café and activity center and mini golf for all your entertainment needs.
Bedroom 1 has a super King sized bed, bedroom 2 is a Queen and a 3rd room, just fold down the Queen bed and slide the wall shut.
This amazing home is suitable for families or three couples on a golf, shopping, fishing, skiing or sightseeing trip or just for the perfect getaway.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the whole property, including the spacious double garage.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very safe and family friendly neighbourhood.

Other Things to Note:
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
