Had a few issues

2 issues. First, the kitchen sink was improperly mounted and left a large gap exposing the undersink outlet to water splash from the sink - a huge safety issue. Second, the master bedroom bedsheets had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.

Nice home but very dirty…

Upon arrival we encountered a freezing home especially the downstairs level, it was in the 20s outside at the time of arrival we had a long travel time from vail due to the weather . Would have been okay but the fact that we had children under 10 made that frustrating. The house was really dirty looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in a while, mold around the sink and toilets, as well as bathroom towels that smelled like mildew. We had to fix the shower curtain that was on the floor in the master bedroom. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably I just wish it had been cleaned before our arrival.

Good value for family trip

We stayed here on a family trip and had a great time. The location is good, close to many things but tucked back in a quite and safe feeling neighborhood. The home is large with lots of useable space. The kitchen is lacking a few fundamentals for cooking, and there were absolutely no cleaning supplies. Cleanliness was overall sub-par. My wife spent over two hours cleaning upon our arrival and we had to go buy basic cleaning supplies like sanitizer spray. Otherwise the beds and rooms were comfortable and the check-in process worked as expected (door code). Note the property is shared with another unit. It was occupied while we were there and didn't bother us at all. It was actually helpful when our unit didn't have a can opener, they lent us one. The backyard is in poor shape so don't plan on much outdoor recreation space other than the small deck that may fit 3-4 people. Biggest complaint is how dirty the place was upon arrival, but it was a really good value overall.
