Enter condo C602 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 6th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, fitness room, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 7 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

This is a very nice property. The view was absolutely amazing. The unit was very clean and had just about everything you could want or need for a great vacation experience. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was extremely nice and always cool and clean. The beach chair guys were super nice and accommodating. The condo grounds are beautifully maintained. Great experience overall! We had some air conditioner issues, but the owners were SO responsive and had the issue handled quickly. The only other issue we had was that the water in the showers was never very hot unless you ran it for a long time.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

This is our families 4th stay at the Beach House. Our 2nd stay in this specific condo unity C602. We have a 5yr old and a 3yr old for reference. We absolutely love the amenities at this condo. The pool is so coinvent and the beach is a short walk. We saw dolphins almost everyday off our balcony. The unit itself has all the items you would need to cook. I do suggest bringing more toilette paper if you have more than 2 people staying. The master bed is soft, and some people like that. My husband and I prefer a harder bed. Outside of those suggestions, I would recommend this Beach House Condo and also reserving with Jan and Cory. They are fast at responding and quick at getting you anything additional you may need.

Great Location, View is amazing, Just a couple of tips.

The unit is pretty well furnished, you will need beach/ pool towels, they are not provided. Bring an eye mask for the master bedroom, shockingly the pool lights are super bright and even with the drapes clothes they light really lights up the entire room. The second bathroom does have hot water, you just have to keep moving the handle around until you find it. The dryer does NOT dry, I cleaned the lint trap over and over, there was nothing in it and still had to run it about 4 times to get the towels dry. You are required to clean all towels before you leave so plan accordingly. I would highly recommend cleaning the couch covers or replacing them.

Beach Vacation

During our recent girls' vacation, we stayed in C602. The kitchen was fully equipped, leaving us wanting for nothing as we cooked. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the unit was spotless upon our arrival. Staying with Best Destin Beachhouse Rentals is always a delight for us.

The View

We loved the view. Construction everywhere. The ocean is beautiful. Why would a VRBO ask you to WASH towels and then place them in the dryer BEFORE you checkout? The wash mode takes an hour and a half. If you want to leave at 6am, you have to get up at 4am, shower, use all of your hand towels, and THEN, wash them and wait.....You dont pay $250 for a cleaning fee and ask the client to do the laundry. Other than that, it was perfect.

Won't stay anywhere else in Destin

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this complex, but the first time renting from this owner. The unit was very clean and stocked with all the dishes and appliances we needed. That being said, one thing I would mention is that the unit wasn't stocked with some of the essentials that other units that we have stayed in have had. Things like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, kitchen cleaner, dish sponge or scrubber. It also didn't include any beach accessories (extra chairs, boogie boards, shell nets). Unfortunately, there was a major construction project that was moved up a week unexpectedly but we were notified ahead of time and the owners were very generous and gave us a partial reimbursement because of the noise. We love this complex for many reasons but mostly because all the units have the same amazing view of the beautiful gulf and I believe they all have beach service through the end of October which is an amazing benefit. We will not stay anywhere else in Destin. The proximity to the beach and shopping in Destin just can't be beat.

Our trip

Liked color of decor- love it when it’s beach colors/ themed however the white linen furniture looked dirty - know this would be hard to keep clean! Master bed was very comfortable, porch furniture nice, showers good size and good water pressure Did want to mention had some tiny ants on kitchen counter right above where washer and dryer are wouldn’t have even noticed them but they got into our donuts from The Donut Hole!

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
