Our Papamoa Beach House has everything you need for an epic summer holiday.

Foursquare for the big holiday breakfast cook-ups, restaurants, bars and one of the best cafes in Papamoa close by!

There are multiple parks and playgrounds (even though there is one in the backyard) in the area and waterways for those that enjoy an early morning or evening strolls.

Papamoa Plaza & surf club is a short 10min drive, & 20 mins gets you to the heart of the Mount.

The space
The home is modern and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your break. BBQ and all the cooking equipment you may need.

There are five beds across the four bedrooms ( super king, queen, queen, single + a cott ).

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home for the duration of your stay. The garage is closed off for private use however for stays longer that a week please feel free to request access to this area too as it has a washing machine.

Other things to note:
This is our family home, and we expect you to treat it as your own. Our neighbours are epic and we respect their peace and quiet so please be aware this home is in a subdivision where the houses are reasonably close together. Please keep noise outside to a minimum after 10pm.
