Conveniently located and tastefully decorated, Ski Ride Inn offers a central location in beautiful Canaan Valley. It is a short walk to the slopes at Timberline Mountain. Spring, summer and fall it is easy to find an abundance of biking and hiking trails sure to suit adventurers of all ages and skill levels. Great townhome rental at Timberline!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, 3 year old, 6 month old, and myself stayed at Ski Ride Inn for a long weekend in February 2024. It was a great space for our family - a bedroom for the 3 year old with a "big girl bed", the lofted area for the baby's pack n' play & slumber pod, and a nice bedroom with a comfortable king bed for the adults. The kitchen had plenty of space to make food and share meals together. The fridge was a very nice size and could have fit much more than what we brought with us. The location could not be beat - an end unit with only one attached wall, walking distance to the TM lodge & lifts, and far enough away from the slopes that you won't hear the groomers at night. A few notes for other renters - you can hear everything from the floor above the bedrooms so plan accordingly with kids' bedtimes, the loft gets warmer than the rest of the space (basic physics) so you will need to keep the living area cooler if you have kids sleeping in the loft, bring your own groceries as the store options are limited, enjoy coffee from Mountain Owl Market, and enjoy the slopes!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably the best place we've stayed at Timberline! Roomy and cozy at the same time. Great vibe throughout and well decorated. Recliners and fireplace were very nice, kitchen had nice large table for six+ and great dishes and cups. A little odd that the bedrooms are on the bottom so you hear footsteps above if people are in the kitchen, but does give you the nice raised ceilings and better views in the living area. Love the space under the stairs that was turned into storage and a bench for putting on ski boots etc. Was great for a family of four but could definitely add 2/3 more to the loft if you wanted. Pretty quick and easy walk across the foot bridge to slopes.

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and we will definitely be staying again. The staff at Best Of Cannan were also very friendly and helpful as well as we ran into some bumps along the way.

Well equipped townhome steps from the mountain

Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with my two sons this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised with how spacious, clean, and well-equipped the property was. About 100 yds from the slopes so not ski in ski out but a short walk over a stream on a small foot bridge. Would rent again.
