Overall, the place was very nice. Very quiet and loved the lake view. However if you need internet service I would not recommend. We did not have service for the time we were there due to some power outage. Communication with Vrbo representative was good. Colene was available and always responded quickly.

Nice place with a good view of a small lake. We even caught a few small bass out of the lake. The appliances were very good and the kitchen was a 10/10. It is a townhome so the neighbors a few doors down had visitors and you can hear the conversations very well if you are on the deck. Which we spent a lot of time on due to the pleasant surroundings. Take note of the master bedroom upstairs. It is actually a loft. Not bad for a couple. But with a few more folks staying it would be less private than expected. We did get the sapphire valley rec card. We played the 9 hole golf course and played soccer golf which is very unique and reasonably priced. All in all a good visit and recommended for a couple. One last thing. We saw the unit next door was being renovated. And the deck has been removed. One of the neighbors said they have been working on it but no trades were there when we visited over the 4th of July weekend. So you may want to check the status of the renovation next door as I would imagine that it would create some noise.
