With multiple bedrooms across two levels, modern amenities, and plenty of room to relax, it’s the ideal base for comfort, convenience, and lakeside adventures.

The Space:

The first floor boasts a spacious lounge with a Smart TV, fireplace, and air conditioning, perfect for cozy nights in. Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry.



Rest easy in three bedrooms, two with king beds and one with two king singles, all serviced by a modern bathroom. Enjoy sunshine on the deck or host 'al fresco' dinners. Kindly note that you are welcome to use the BBQ but it is offered 'as is' as it is not part of our cleaner's schedule.



Downstairs, there is a second lounge with two additional bedrooms. One with two single beds and another bathroom, while the second room offers a king size bed.



Park with ease in the large driveway or utilize the garage with laundry facilities.



Just a leisurely 5-minute walk away, you'll find convenience at your fingertips with a local corner store, a well-stocked bottle shop, and a delicious fish and chips shop.



A stroll down the hill will take you to the tranquil shores of Lake Taupō, and the 'Two Mile Bay Sailing Club', where you can unwind with a refreshing drink or indulge in a mouthwatering pizza while soaking in breathtaking lake views.



For those seeking adventure, embark on a scenic journey along the renowned Great Lake Pathway, offering picturesque views of the expansive lakefront. Stay 3 Nights, Pay for 2!



Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Please note that hens or stag dos are not permitted; if we identify that a booking is for this purpose, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately with no refund issued.



Amenities:



Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
