Wonderful little place, perfect location in the heart of Dunedin. The host lives in the adjacent unit and was super friendly. Could not have asked for a better place.

We love staying at this home . I say home because we have stayed here 4 times with our pups and once with our adult Daughter who also love it . We all think of it as our vacation home / home away from home until we purchase our own place in Dunedin .It is always clean inside and out . They have made some upgrades to outside and they are great. The location is perfect. You are walking distance to everything downtown and only 10 minutes from honeymoon island. The owner Rhondi is so sweet and makes sure we ways have everything we need. We just got home today from our trip and are already planning the next trip . 🌴😎☀️🐶🐶🐾🐾

From the owner: "Thank you for your review. I am so glad you enjoyed the location—it truly is one of the highlights of the property. Please excuse the delay in my response. I have been working on adding a new deck, fence, sunshade, and barbecue to further enhance the guest experience for future stays. I am always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, so if there is anything that could have made your stay even better, I would genuinely appreciate your feedback. Thank you again for choosing to stay, and I would be happy to host you again anytime."

We loved the location!

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the downtown area. We really liked the ranch layout with a fenced in backyard. The queen bed was comfortable and it’s nice to have free parking. We will definitely stay again.
