Perfect little getaway spot

This home is just as described! My 2 teenaged grandchildren and I was looking for an affordable home with a pool, for a little summer getaway. And this home was the perfect place! We enjoyed the pool so much! Very comfortable beds. The entire place was spotless and as refreshing as the pool! They had everything that we needed and even left out some goodies for us! I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a getaway with a small group, or just a couple. 5 stars

Nice getaway

This property had everything we needed for our trip to Florida, basically a home away from home. It worked out great with our dogs with the fenced in yard and swimming pool.

Cute and comfortable

We enjoyed the modern and well-equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and fresh. We felt safe and had plenty of space for our fur baby.

Great little place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Host provided a lot of little touches; snacks, water, beach towels, sunscreen. pool wasnt heated but weather was a little chilly. Would’ve liked a bigger bed, they were only a full.

Inviting fun place

Decorated as a cute guest house. I love my shower and was exceptionally great shower. Location was great. Lots of fun amenities. Also beds were very comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you.

Backyard and pool provided privacy. Clean home, immediate feedback, and assistance when needed. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Close to shopping with a car. Great stay.

Girls Weekend

Our first impression was “oh this is so cute”. We entered our code and went in, there was welcoming music on and the inside was welcoming and homey! Everything was clean and set up so nicely!! They have everything we needed to cook, clean up, shower ect. We had one very small hiccup at around midnight, we reached out to our Host and he got back to within seconds!!! His response time was spot on!! I would recommend everyone to stay! The pool was amazing!! GREAT experience all around!!!

We loved our stay and the house . There were a few things that could have made it better though . There are a few things that are different than what’s in the listing photos . The beds were alittle uncomfortable and they made a terrible noise if you even moved an inch . Also there was not a gas grill like in the photos and the pool looks like it could use some touch ups where the grout is cracked and breaking on the inside . Otherwise the house was very well stocked and clean and we enjoyed our weekend in it

Everything you need!

The home was so cozy and welcoming! Very clean and well decorated! My husband was excited about the provided snacks of course but it went beyond that. They thought of everything you may need in a pinch! The hosts were very kind and quick to respond! The backyard was is spacious and completely fenced in (for all my dog owners) It has a pool, grill, and fire pit. I would 100% stay here again!

Place the was very homey feeling. Love the reclining couch and the smart tvs. The best part of place is the pool for sure. Love that there is access from master bed room and kitchen. Property does have two bathrooms. One is located in garage which was a little warmer but perfect when getting out of pool. Property manager was available when needing more propane for grill and extra batteries for remotes for tvs. Will use again if in the area again soon.

THESE WERE THE BEST HOSTS WEVE EVER HAD

We have stayed at over ten vrbos and this one was the best! We're already trying to come back asap. Never have I had such a easy check in process. Any and all texts messages were answered instantly. The yard is GREAT. And so is the pool its the middle of January but I booked this place to do cold water therapy and never have I felt better than when I was staying here. I've never had a host stock the place so well. So many snacks and bath items I really appreciated. I love this place and would stay long term in a heartbeat.

Disrepair

The pool area had broken screens hanging. The grill was disgusting, the ceiling had huge stains all over. The beds were wore to where you sink in the middle. Just a rehab house slapped together quickly and listed.

Nice little gem of a house in Port Richey!

This is truly one of the nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed in since we started using this service. The house is very nicely kept with many little attentive details (e.g., snacks, drinks--water & juices in the fridge, toiletries in the main bathroom) provided by the owners. When the t.v.'s streaming service went out, the owner came by within 15 minutes & resolved the problem quickly. The house is centrally located & near anything you need can be purchased. The pool is clean & well maintained. All in all, this is a nice property to rent for a few days or an anytime visit to Port Richey & the surrounding areas. Highly recommend! Will use it again if it is available for my trip dates.

Spring Break 2024

Clean 2BR, 1 full bath w/ shower/tub combo, 1 bathroom w/ shower only inside the one car garage. Our car, a mid size SUV, would NOT fit into small garage. Owners graciously provided-feminine products, shampoos, shower gels, bath bombs, etc. Kitchen had most all items one would need-owner left waters and juices, coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, creamer, and even some snacks. Pool was very clean. Cold this time of year though. The weather is unseasonably cool this year though. No dressers or mirrors in bedrooms. Limited lighting in den and bedrooms. Could use some floor lamps or more lights. Would stay again!

Disillusioned

First time every doing this type of rental. Was very surprised at the bed situation. The mattress were up on metal frame and were as hard as rocks. The home was clean but there was so much paint on the doors they closed very hard. Poor lighting throughout the home. The yard maintenance was non existing. The pool was clean but really needs to be heated. The sunlight in March does not warm the water as I was told when asked about heating it. We’re disappointed in the location for the amount money we spent.
