It's an older home built in 1908 with many upgrades and character.A Newly renovated suite with a quiet office and living space located in the best possible area to Visit Winnipeg! Large area for one or two people to enjoy. Easy access to everything in the city from this centrally located place. The living space is over 800 square feet with a large kitchen and living room The Bedroom has French Pocket doors that close for privacy. Like the Hummingbird, this suite stands for intelligence, Beauty, devotion, and Love. It is a suite meaning you have 100 percent control of the kitchen ( fully supplied) kitchen and bathroom. There are over 800 square feet of living space with your kitchen and bathroom. Plus parking and laundry.The new city of Winnipeg by law state only 29 days per booking. To accommodate longer stays a second or third booking is required.

Renovations and Antique refinishing are what I enjoy . That's why I purchased this home four years ago and have been upgrading it when ever I get time . The home has a lot of character and all of the suites are refinished and renovated by me and my helpers . I work with a special needs crew and organization in the city of Winnipeg . I also own a renovations company . I have a Doberman that lives at my home named Clay who is very well trained . I take pride in my work and enjoy a challenge repairing or making items for the center or others

I picked this property as I was renovating it a few years back and the history of the building and its condition were well known to me . I had worked on the property for many years and new the past owner . No structural damage just a lot of upkeep required and finishing work . I like the Antique look of the structure and the creaky steps and plaster walls .

この宿泊施設の特徴

Its a home built in the 1908 and has several suites all around the 800 square ft size . Most with full bathrooms and kitchens , living rooms and bedrooms ( 1-2 bedrooms ) The home is close to the Arena , Winnipeg Zoo , Wellington Crescent , Polo Park shopping center and several very well know Hospitals . No I'm not Tim the tool man tailor. The home has a quite atmosphere and the neighbor hood is safe and clean. Its got a park close by with a water splash pad or Zoo is only 15 minutes away . Its close to all attractions in the city usually in 15-30 minutes
