You've got a friend in Mon Ami! With an ideal location on Pine Ave, the gulf beach is two blocks and the AMI Piert is three blocks with shops & dining outside your front door.

Step inside and experience the chill vibes and island decor of your beach retreat with an open and bright living, kitchen and dining area. Family and friends will have plenty of options for dining at the kitchen island or dining table. A lovely verandah is available for outside dining overlooking the tropical backyard.

The main living level features three bedrooms and includes a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a second king bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling, heated pool and spa highlight the tropically landscaped backyard. Pool loungers, a patio dining table for 5, gas grill, and ping pong table are the perfect ingredients for a day poolside.

Mon Ami is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

I'd highly recommend this vacation home. It was very clean. Great living space both indoor and out. We had a wonderful time and even extended our stay 5 days. We hope to stay here again!

Great property - close to a lot of options.

We were initially worried about the noise, being so close to shops and restaurants... you never would have known other people were around. There was some early morning gravel/parking lot resurfacing across the road that was very loud, but not something the rental company could control. Great place. We hope to be back!

Great stay at Anna Maria

This house was perfect for our family vacation! House was very comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful. The pool area is partly shaded for most of the day, which can be a nice break from the sun. The beach is an easy walk down the street. The location is perfect and walkable to anything you could need while on vacation. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

What a great spot!

We had such a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island. This house is in the perfect spot to be able to walk everywhere you want to go. The pool is a dream and the kitchen and great room area is GIANT. We had a wonderful time and definitely hope to return soon. Thank you!

Perfect AMI house!

The house was fantastic. It feels modern, clean, and spacious. It’s right in the heart of everything, and yet the backyard provides a wonderful, quiet oasis. It was amazing to have three full bathrooms so everyone felt like they had privacy. There were some ants in the kitchen so we had to be really careful about wrapping up any food on the counter. We also felt there were a few small things lacking, like potholders, some paper goods, and other minor kitchen amenities. Additionally, while there was a broom and vacuum, there were no other cleaning supplies for us to use if needed.

Nice place, but could be stocked bettering

Nice place conveniently located, but not stocked very well. You need to buy the basic‘s If you stay more than a day or two. We could not I get the door code to work and they could not fix it during our four day stay there.

Great set up, close to beach. Needs supplies.

Pros: This house is in a perfect location for a beach getaway for 2 families with kids. Large living space, huge island with seating. Pool on site is a plus! Walkable to restaurants and local goods store. We loved the beautiful enclosed lanai to hangout. I would recommend this house of you are local and can bring a few things from home (see cons below). Cons: lacks a lot of basic essential supplies. No spices, no laundry detergent, no beach towels (for a beach house?!), no coffee filters, no lighter for candles. Made for a very difficult start with kids. Groceries on the island are expensive, so unkind to set up guests to spend on salt & pepper. if you aren’t in the pool, mosquitos will get you. Termite dust on our pillows.

Great location on Pine Ave

Great location, easily walkable to beach and many shops and restaurants. House was beautiful and spacious. We had six adults and an infant and had plenty of room to stretch out. The house wasn’t as stocked as other properties we have rented. No starter food like olive oil, salt & pepper, sugar etc. so make sure you plan for EVERY ingredient you need for groceries. We had a hard time figuring out how to get the hot tub to heat, we were only able to get it to heat up after tripping the breaker for the whole house so we only used it one night of our stay which was a bummer because the beautiful backyard was one of the main reasons we rented this house. First time renting a spot through Vacasa, which I wasn’t a fan of. Hard to get a response from them about questions we had about the property and booking and any time I did get an answer it was a different person each time who didn’t seem to know much about the property :/ Overall though, the house Is beautiful, and in such a great location on the island.

Great Location

Great location walk everywhere - no car necessary. The house was clean, pool and hot tub were great. Love the screen porch. Beds were comfortable. House is very spacious with lots of room for a group of 6. There were not any kitchen amenities such as a little coffee to get started or the basics like sugar or oil so come prepared the first day. The only real complaint our group had was that we did not have any access to the thermostat. It's a smart thermostat that won't even turn on to see what the temperature is. We found the temperature pretty comfortable during the day but the house was very warm at night. On the day of check-out it was hot in the house like the AC had been turned off completely. Overall it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway

The house was amazing! Great open plan, kitchen well stocked. We didn’t cook much, but you definitely could fix any meal you wanted. Stayed 5 days and wished it was the whole week. Excellent location on the point. You can walk just about everywhere. The pool area was so comfortable and the hot tub easy to use. We actually had a hard time pulling ourselves away to go to the beach. Had plenty of towels. Everything a scrupulously clean. We had a friend send us a gift basket from a little shop down the street with wine and charcuterie items. They delivered the afternoon we arrived. So nice. I would definitely rent here again and recommend it. Fantastic location on Anna Maria proper. My only issue was beach chairs- we flew in and they were listed as an amenity. There were only four and they were in pretty sad shape. We debating buying some, but wasn’t worth it for a short stay. Our choice. I would just have someone check on them before listing them as something that is available.

Great location!

Only 2 blocks from the beach and right along a strip with great restaurants and stores. Pool in the back was perfect for the kids. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect location

Perfect location and close to everything. We rented a golf cart and didn’t even need to use it. The house had everything we needed and was even bigger than we expected from the pictures. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals in AMI and this was the best.
