Urban retreat, modern river valley oasis in the heart of the city

Your one bedroom suite includes a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and a living-room with a gas fireplace and pull out couch for additional guests. There is also a scenic wrap around patio with outdoor furniture for use in the warmer months.

The main floor of the building includes Dogpatch bistro and Bread+Butter bakery who will bring up a couple freshly baked treats in the morning.

Neighbourhood description: Riverdale
The Riverdale neighbourhood is situated along the North Saskatchewan river. It’s a picturesque neighbourhood with a 10 minute walk to downtown Edmonton.

The historically designated Little Brick cafe is down the street (5 minute walk) and has THE BEST patio in town. Great place for breakfast, coffee or lunch.

There is one parking spot available for the suite on the north side of the building.

The building is also close to public transportation and walking trails.

Amazing and will definitely be back!
Such a nice place to stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the property manager was excellent to deal with as well. There's a bakery and bistro on the main floor which have a great menu and and fantastic food. I will definitely be booking my next stay here.

The suite is 5 minutes away from river valley trails for walking, biking or cross-country skiing and a 5 minute drive to downtown Edmonton! Trail information is located in our “guide book”. The suite also shares the building with a bakery and bistro on the main floor… making it easy to grab pastries in the morning and dinner and drinks before bed.

Come enjoy all that Edmonton’s River Valley has to offer!
