Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The house layout is ideal, with the bedrooms separated from the living area. The front porch was a favorite hangout spot!

If I were returning, I would be sure to bring essentiials: soap for the shower, cofee filters or Keurig cups. There was no TP, paper towels, dish soap, or dishwasher soap. But the house is lovely and we were there during the cool days of October. We lived on the front porch from coffee in the morning until after dark. Great place!

Joe’s place was clean, in a convenient location and had many amenities needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The fireplace on a cold November evening was an added bonus.

The house was wonderful. Loved the decor. Beds are comfortable. 2 and the half bath worked well. Enjoyed having the fireplace. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful shore home, perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful home, clean, great location and the owner was very good to deal with. He checked in mid week to make sure all was good. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great location and beautiful porch

Loved staying here. You really only had to cross one road to get to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the front porch the most with its comfortable furniture and breeze. Would definitely stay here again. Joe was very easy to work with and had the house set up well.

Great place to spend a week in OC!

The home was exceptional. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in OC. Joe, the owner, almost immediately responded to our questions, which is not always the case in rental homes.We’ll certainly try to come back for New Years again if available!.

Lovely house.

This home was lovely! It was just as it was described in the listing. Everything was clean. The location was quiet and close to the boardwalk and beach. Our stay was short but relaxing. Communication with Joe was easy and helpful.

Winter Beach Week

Beautiful home in center of OCNJ! Comfortable and attractive furnishings. Quiet and cozy with a gas fireplace for cold nights! There are steps up to beds and bathrooms. Steps down to garage. Looking forward to a summer visit!

Beautiful beach home

Great location. Accommodations were good for our family . Loved the front porch. We used it from early mornings to late evenings. Check in was so easy. Garage was amazing for all our beach paraphernalia. And Joe, the owner, could not have been nicer. He checked in on us midweek to make sure we were good.

Things we liked best about Joe’s place: great location (close to beach, first floor), spacious, excellent front porch furniture, nice appliances, use of the garage was really great, and communication with Joe was easy and helpful.

Great Getaway

The house was beautiful! The porch was so great to sit out on. The house was nicely decorated and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. I would definitely recommend, and might be booking the property for next summer!
