This rental was a great location to beach and conveniently near drug stores as well. We love Asberry shops . Parking was good .Easy access into unit. Joe our host was welcoming when we arrived. This will be a return spot for us.

It was a very nice home to spend the week with my husband, and our children visited on the weekend. We felt comfortable there. It has a garage to store your bikes and beach gear. You are permitted to ride bikes on the boardwalk all day after Labor Day. The living room furniture was very comfortable and a nice place to gather. It’s close to the beach. We really enjoyed sitting on the beautiful porch talking and watching friendly folks walking by. The surrounding area was really nice. We visited the Ocean City museum in the Senior Center just a few blocks aways. So interesting how it all began. We like 17th street because it's a great area on the OCNJ beach. You still have access to the boardwalk that takes you to all of the festivities and stores. The owner was a nice guy and very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We thought it was a very good value for what he charges. We will definitely consider renting the home again.

Perfect Ocean City Getaway

You can’t beat the location of this house! You are within walking distance of everything Ocean City has to offer! The home was spacious and very clean! The owner was wonderful to deal with! It was a great family vacation at the beach!

Great place!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Joe was quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was perfect for our daily walks on the boardwalk and the beach.

Perfect family vacation

Winter retreat

My wife and i had a wonderful trip. The property was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Joe was an excellent host and his communication was excellent. I would recommend this property for your next vacation.

Excellent Stay!!

We enjoyed our vacation very much! The host was very accommodating and communicative! Very pleasant! The house was very clean. Very nice block too. Comfortable inviting front porch to have your morning coffee outside and to sit at night. Thank you Joe for a great week!

Sweet slice of heaven!

For you beach lovers this is a sweet, hidden gem. There are so many properties to choose from but this one offers a little bit of everything. BEST PLACE to RENT in OCEAN CITY, NJ.

The MOST BEAUTIFUL place to rent in Ocean City, NJ! The condo has an excellent location, only a couple blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The home is impeccable! Very clean, along with beautiful furniture. The owners are great people. They take great care of their tenants! Could not ask for better people to rent from in OC! Lovely stay

We are a family of four (kids aged 4 & 6) that was able to for 11 days in March. The house was clean and the location to boardwalk/beach/shopping was excellent. We had one hiccup while staying that was simply out of our control (garage door broke) and the owner responded quickly and had a worker come out immediately to fix. The owner could not have been nicer! We would definitely stay at this same location on our next visit. I did read reviews prior to staying…. And now I understand why most families stay year after year at this house.
