Great location and amenities.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the proximity to both Sandbanks and the main strip in Picton was ideal. Communication with our host (Kevin) was smooth, reliable and super fast response times. Would highly recommend and will likely return!

Perfect for a family with young kids

We really appreciated our stay at Kevin’s cottage. It is perfect for a family and close to Sandbanks Provincial Park. We recommand it!

We loved staying at the cottage.

We stayed in October (low season) so the resort was quite empty and quiet. The cottage itself was perfect : clean, cute and functional. What I loved about this cottage is that everything was already there for day-to-day life. I highly recommend this place.

Family friendly vacation rental

Great location and overall property. Perfect for short stay for a family with young kids. Resort has everything to keep them entertained. Close to the beach and Picton. However, the washing machine was not working (one reason why we chose the property), traveling with two kids 2 and under this was a major problem for us, as we would have packed more for them, and we were not notified about it until right before our checkin time. Unit could use some freshening up and a bit of a deeper clean, but otherwise we were happy. Great communication with host.

Sandbanks family trip

Loved the place where the cottage is located. Pool access and the community feel was awesome. Having all the necessities was perfect, the high chair and kid dishes was a good suprise. A few things that would need the host attention : the front door needs a little ajustment since it is difficult to open and close. The coffee machine needs a clean up since it takes about an hour to brew.

A great place for a family vacation

Our family (mom, grandma, and two kids) was pleasantly surprised by this place during our four-night vacation. This cottage vilage is gated and offers various activities for kids, a nice family pool, and the entire area is well-supervised and maintained by the condo management. The cottage we stayed in was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the activity center. Grandma enjoyed her comfortable queen bed, and the kids loved their bunk bed. The living room had a sofa that could accommodate at least two people. We enjoyed a nice kayak trip on East Lake. While the lake is great for fishing, we preferred Sandbanks Beach, which is just a 15-minute drive away.

Great vacation cottage was clean and cosy I would suggest that you mention in your add for your host to bring kleenex ans washcloths. Air conditioning was very loud
