Impeccably designed by the Malibu Design Center. Featuring a large Beachfront deck, a spectacular beachfront yard, stunning ocean views, and a wood-burning fireplace so you can cozy up to the sound of the waves. Walking distance to Soho House, Nobu, Malibu Pier, etc. Malibu Beach living at its finest.

The Space:
Welcome to The Carbon Beach Club Villa! Fully furnished in the spirit of Malibu, in partnership with the Malibu Design Center.

Centrally located on Malibu's sandiest section of Carbon Beach, also dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals, on the beachside of the PCH. Within walking distance to Soho House, Nobu, Whole Foods, and the Malibu Pier.

Through the private gated entryway, enter a storied world of stunning natural surroundings and exquisite attention to detail. When you step into the villa you are welcomed by dead-on Ocean views and Beach Ambience. Take advantage of the endless ocean view with a large deck above the dry sand. The residence opens to a spectacular beachfront yard perfect for relaxing with friends and family!

• We have a crib on a first come first serve basis but must be requested in advance. Based on availability.

The central air conditioning ensures year-round optimal comfort in this exceptional home.

IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared. Every square inch is yours to enjoy when you stay at the Carbon Beach Club Villa.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Carbon Beach on Malibu's most popular beach within walking distance to Nobu, Soho House, and the Malibu Pier. We value our neighbors therefore we only will host guests who will be respectful to our community. It's a privilege to be able to share the space in this format with travelers and we care deeply about out neighbors wellbeing. This means no loud noises after hours (9pm to 8am), or any inappropriate behavior. Any guests who disturb the peaceful enjoyment of our community will be asked to leave and a refund will not be given.

Other Things to Note:
Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. The 'Reservation fee' is our non-refundable credit card processing fee.

To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.

2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case.


4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.

5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.

7) Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. This home is located on a beach that does not have a lifeguard on duty. Children should never be left alone near a beach or PCH.

8) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.

9) Check-In window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Our early check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

10) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

11) Pre Stocking:
We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.

This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.

We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.

Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just give it to whomever you deem fit!

Wonderful Sandy Beach Access!
A beautiful beach house with beach access. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and the property management company was very responsive. The property is located on PCH so the traffic is quite loud when in the outdoor space near the jacuzzi. Additionally, be aware one bedroom and bathroom are detached from the main home, which is either a positive or negative depending upon your family or guest situation.

Places is gorgeous. The beach is nice lots of wildlife. Overall, the place was amazing except we had cold water for two days and the blinds were asked to get checked in. They did come, but that’s OK cause everything else was amazing about it.

Carbon Beach gem!
We had a fabulous long weekend, stay. Ideal location very well equipped property, we love the hot tub and the ping-pong table. Excellent communication with the host. Wonderful bright, clean, spacious home. Right on the beach with breathtaking views. This morning we saw a pod of dolphins! We had such a wonderful day.
