This amazing Villa has every comfort and is simply relaxing!

This beautiful single-story villa is suitable for our guests in wheelchairs, without sacrificing elegance and comfort for non-wheelchair users. The front entrance and rear exit doors to the pool area upon request, we can securely install ramps to make it fully accessible. Beautiful brand new flooring in the home makes it easy to get around and the best part is there is NO carpet! The large master bedroom en-suite features a separate shower with a shower chair available on request.

Vacation rental villa is located in an exclusively private resort, the Aviana Resort. This Villa has 2 spacious living rooms for relaxation and entertainment, a fully equipped large kitchen with island, spacious bedrooms with 2 master suites, queen bedroom and twin bedroom, as well as three full bathrooms. The private south-facing pool with no rear neighbor and overlooking the pond is a perfect place for your family to enjoy and relax while here. Villa includes a laundry room with washer and dryer, high speed internet, cable TV, air conditioning, heating, and a games room in the garage with a ping pong table, pool table and air hockey.

Aviana Resort provides several amenities for its guests to enjoy during their stay. These include a clubhouse with a fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool (not heated), a hot tub, a children's playground, a volleyball court, and a picnic area. This resort is exclusively private and security measures are in place to ensure the safety and privacy of its guests. Additionally, this Villa offers proximity to popular attractions in Central Florida. It is approximately 20 to 30 minutes drive to Walt Disney World Resort, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom, 35 to 45 minutes drive to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. Other nearby attractions include SeaWorld, LEGOLAND and various golf courses and the newly opened EPIC UNIVERSE

Excellent Stay

We booked for a 2 week holiday, the villa itself is very nicely decorated and provides so much space. The pool area was lovely and a great way to spend time after long says at the theme parks. The location is perfect, just a half an hour drive to the parks and has so many amenities within a 5 minute drive. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful home

This home is amazing, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for Disney, Universal and shopping outlets. Overall we had an amazing holiday and will most definitely book again!

Very good mostly but with a bad experience with the neighbours

Hi, Villa was lovely, nice and quiet area(mostly), great pool, nice rooms everything was really good. The only negative was the aircon seemed erratic especially at night, it would get really hot then kick in and then it would be really cold rather than just maintaining a comfortable temperature. This was a minor irritation though. The really bad experience was on our final night when the neighbours to the left side(number 400 I think) decided to stay up until 4am drinking and blaring out loud music outside by their pool, this was something I thought was not allowed on the complex! We tried to ring the complex to inform them but they did not answer, the security guy who mans the front gate also was not there! We actually think the house was being used by night shift workers as we would never see anyone during the day and there was around 6 cars constantly parked out the front of it. We were just lucky this only happened on our final night but to be honest it has put us off wanting to stay there again. Thanks
