This house is a great location for anyone wanting to experience all Orlando has to offer, with something for everyone just a short drive away. The home is situated on the quiet neighborhood of Calabay Parc which is guard gated.
Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes offers lakefront amenities, including a boat ramp, and fishing dock, as well as a limited-use clubhouse.

There are a number of golf courses nearby, including the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course adjacent to the community, and Champions Gate Golf Course, home of the David Leadbetter Golf School, which is only a 10 minute drive away.

Additionally, there are a number of amenities, services, shopping centers, restaurants, and medical facilities within a few minutes of the parc.

With stunning sunsets to beautiful landscapes, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake has a lot to offer guests!
There are several fast food and sit-down restaurants nearby, including Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, Sonny's BBQ, Culver's, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, Firehouse Subs, Arby's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, Chipotle, Panera, First Watch, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and a few others. There are also several options at Champion's Gate (about 20 minutes from our community), including Chili's, Red Robin, Olive Garden, Long Horn Steak House, and others.
