Enjoy a morning coffee and the sound of church bells ringing as the sun rises, exposing an unforgettable ocean view. Centrally located on the Avalon Peninsula, this location makes a great home-base for those looking to explore the many sights and attractions of the area. Only a scenic 1-hour drive away from St. John's.

Newly renovated, this clean and spacious 2-story home features 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. An incredible, wide-spanning ocean view can be seen from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

Wonderful visit to Conception Bay !

The house was completely comfortable (all the amenities of home) with that private back veranda looking over the bay !Beautiful. It was ideally located to visit the coves of Conception Bay and the southern tip of Trinity Bay. Lovelyhiking trails - the Shoreline Heritage Walk in next-door Bay Roberts was a particular favorite. Thank you for a marvelous week !

Lovely property and great stay!

My siblings and I really enjoyed our stay at Spaniard's Perch for a family vacation. The property is as described, we had everything we needed, and the location is quiet with an amazing view. No notes!

This was an absolute gem! The porch overlooking the bay was a great place for our morning coffee's ( whale sighting included!) And the fire pit was a a lovely way to end our evenings. It is in a excellent location, with reasonable drives to St. Johns, the Irish Loop and Trinity. It was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 1 child, and easily could have comfortably fit 2 more people. I would highly reccomend staying here!

Great View

We had a nice stay at this property. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with items so we could do some cooking. The view from the unit was outstanding. We loved sitting on the porch admiring the view before and after taking day trips to explore the area.

Spectacular views at Spaniards Perch

This property was an exceptional find. Exactly as advertised but with a view more spectacular than imagined. Very clean property with all the necessary amenities. The cottage was extremely comfortable and spacious with exceptionally beautiful bedrooms with loads of closet space. We were very well located to enjoy all the nearby villages such as Bay Roberts and Harbour Grace. We had exceptional weather which put the icing on the cake on our trip. The real bonus for me was the neighbour on the property had a little Beagle that made me think of my Beagle at home and the owner Kim was a very nice person.
