Ballarat stay

Beautiful house. Perfect for our family stay. Lovely and warm and very comfortable. If we come to Ballarat again we would certainly return to this house.

Perfect location and size

Very spacious living/kitchen area. Very comfortable, cosy and warm. 3 toilets was handy for 10 people staying. Great location.

Lovely quiet stay close to town

Great property in a good location. Easy access to Ballarat attractions with supermarkets close by also. Lovely quiet space with plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space before gathering in the open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The backyard is small, but still large enough and safe for the furry family members. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful house

House was absolutely beautiful driveway was a little tight but long so we could fit all our cars Loads of room fully equipped and beds were comfortable. Very clean, and host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

School friends for 40 years we travel ghe state for a yearly catch up. The house was perfect.

Great house, service and location.

The accomodation was spacious, clean and well equipped. The property manager was amazing, provided detailed instructions and any queries were answered in a quick and efficient manner. Location was great, only a five minute drive from the shops and very close to many other local attractions. Highly recommend.

Great house for a group

Very deceptive from the front but big house with plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. 3 toilets were much appreciated. Short drive to the main shopping area and pubs and restaurants. Host was very helpful. Would definately stay again

Fabulous family weekend away

Spacious and warm

The property was spacious and warm, an essential characteristic needed for Ballarat in winter. It was well located close to an excellent IGA, Chemist Warehouse and nice little cafe. It was spotlessly clean and well cared for. We highly recommend it.

Peaceful area

Accommodation was clean and well equipped to cook our Christmas lunch. A very enjoyable stay as we were looking for solitude and it's a quiet area. Only discovered the nearby wonderful IGA after we had most of our groceries. Highly recommend accommodation & IGA. Thanks Tom!

Great Place

The house is beautifully presented. Spacious common area. Kitchen appliances excellent. Extremely clean and tidy. If our group was to play golf in the area would defiantly book again.

Comfortable and great communication

Tom was fantastic, he communicated every step of the way. The check in process was easy and the houses was perfect for what we needed. We booked again already.

14 hour stay

Didn’t get there until 8.30 at night. Enjoyed the large bedrooms and open living.Only really there for sleeping hours. Went to cook breakfast and only 2 small frying pans so put bacon on bbq and ocean out of gas after 5 mins so breakfast ruined. Other than that house great and host very helpful and communicated promptly.

V/Line Cup

Was so great to have so much space, even played cricket out of the rain in the loooong carport! Kids loved it. Even invited the inlaws over for dinner, and long lost friends over for after noon tea! So much space! So warm! Great hot water, great electric blankets and heating. We lapped the lake, saw the botanic gardens, chased swans, played at timezone, ate ice-cream, had great vietnamese, did a few pubs, toured Sovereign Hill, tried a few opp shops, had our nails done, did the art gallery - we thought we were just coming to watch some V/Line Cup Footy! A great getaway, a perfect stay. Thanks!

No welcome pack on arrival, lounge suite low and uncomfortable, not really dog proof for our dogs, as there is gaps in the fences, which they can get under,No clothesline, don’t like the combo washing/ Dry machine.
