Reception confusion

We stayed 7 days but had no cleaning at all provided during that time, and no rubbish collection, but also no cleaning materials to clean the studio ourselves. Room was nice enough and bed comfortable.

Confusing check in check out process. Information provided hard to re accessProvision of just one room access card is extremely inconvenient and frustrating if two or more people are staying. Charge for key loss is extreme and well beyond cost recovery and gives a bad impression of the management. Never got the impression management were there to help and assist their client. In fact it was the opposite. Nothing wrong with the room just the overall experience of dealing with the process. First time with Stayz so not sure if this is a Stayz problem or a Full House problem?Best regards Peter

Check-in was very strange and complicated. Despite my requests for info before I arrived, it was sent to me only after the normal 3 pm check-in time, after I requested it once again.The location is promoted as Perth’s ‘Premie’ (sp?) King Deluxe - really? - but it’s actually on the first floor of the Vine and Olive Hotel, and you have to walk a block and a half to the back corner of a local variety store to get the key from the lockbox, dragging your luggage. Really, really annoying. Not the three-minute walk claimed by the “King Deluxe”.No remote control for the air conditioner which sure makes a lot of noise, but gives very little cool air.Don’t put anything you want frozen in the freezer: it’ll turn to mush.No cleaning products were provided, and very miserly pantry: salt and pepper, plus a bit of olive oil were left. But there were a few small packages of powdered laundry soap left by the kitchen sink. What? Take a pass - you can find better. I left the place very neat and tidy, and they just refunded by deposit. I suppose that’s a positive…
