The Penthouse at Espadin LoHi -- Panoramic Views, 3BR, Garage + EV

Step into the top floor and let the Rocky Mountains fill every window. This 5th-floor corner penthouse delivers panoramic views of both the mountain range and the Denver skyline through floor-to-ceiling glass and a corner-to-corner patio -- morning coffee with the mountains directly ahead never gets old.

THE SPACE:
Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8. California King in the primary bedroom, Two Twin XL beds (convertible to King configuration) in the second bedroom, California King in the third bedroom, and 2 rollaway beds. Modern Moroccan design throughout, full chef's kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi. Spacious, airy, and built for groups.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Garage parking ($25/night) with EV charging. Free street parking also available.

Great views from this penthouse apartment. Very comfortable beds and good layout overall. We chose to add parking to our reservation which made our stay very convenient. No hunting for street parking! Excellent communication from the host both before and during our stay.

Overall, this was a very nice place that met our needs perfectly! The location is great, offering incredibly easy access to both freeways and a nearby grocery store. The check-in process was a breeze, and it was a huge plus to have secure garage parking.We really appreciated the host—communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When we realized one of the bedrooms lacked air vents or an open window (causing it to warm up a bit), the host was kind enough to bring us a box fan, which saved the day.There are just a few minor things to note for future guests. Because there are no blackout curtains, the sun shines quite brightly throughout the place in the mornings, which took us a little while to get used to. Bring eye masks for better seep. Despite those small details, we had a very comfortable stay and would absolutely come back!

Great apartment!

We loved the space. View of downtown from the deck and view of mountains from the rooftop. Full kitchen, comfy beds, heated toilet seats and laundry. Walkable to several restaurants, etc. Would stay again!

Great location with a great view

This place was just as described in the listing and had an amazing view of downtown Denver from the balcony and a view of the mountains from the rooftop. Well within walking distance of a RINO and the bars.

What a stay!

Amazing communication, location, and even left us local hot spots to visit. Beautiful view of the city walking distance from Broncos stadium. We even got the chance to check out Colorado in nearby Boulder. The only thing that could’ve made it any better was if the Falcons won. Maybe next time ;)

Awesome property that was plenty of space for 6 adults that is located right in the middle of Denver’s LoHi neighborhood. Apartment is newer and very modern with upgraded appliances. Cleanliness was excellent upon arrival. Very walkable to bars and restaurants. Can recommend for your next visit to downtown Denver.

We rented this home for my bachelorette weekend. Aside from the floors being noticeably dirty, the property itself was fine until something went wrong.We arrived around 3 PM to find the house at 84F. We tried troubleshooting the thermostat ourselves, but over the next five hours it climbed to 88F.The biggest issue wasn’t the broken A/C. Mechanical issues happen. It was the property management company’s response. It was incredibly difficult to reach anyone. Once we finally got through, we were told they had tried calling two people but couldn’t reach them. That was essentially the end of their response. We received no updates, no timeline, no plan, and no temporary solution while we waited in an increasingly unsafe home.We eventually had to contact VRBO ourselves. After more than 1.5 hours on the phone, VRBO determined the property wasn’t habitable, relocated us to a hotel, and released us from the reservation.Although VRBO refunded our stay, we still had to secure replacement accommodations ourselves. The property manager also asked us to submit receipts for catering, groceries, and decorations that had already been delivered or set up and couldn’t be transferred, saying those expenses would be reimbursed along with additional compensation. We submitted everything requested but never received compensation.If nothing goes wrong, you’ll probably have a fine stay. But if you need help, don’t expect much.

Thank you for sharing this — I’m very sorry your stay at our Zuni St. LoHi home was disrupted by construction and an emergency building wide maintenance issue that was unforeseen the day of your arrival. This was not typical at all for us. I do feel it is fair to mention that we always do the right thing by our guests in every situation and we did send 2 separate refunds to you, through Vrbo- which equaled refunding your entire stay, as this was the right thing to do. This may be why at the time of leaving your review you mention still waiting, vrbo releases the refunds, this is outside of our control- the time it takes for them to process refunds. We sent the refunds because we value you as our guest and understand the impact the maintenance issue had on you during your stay with us. I personally reached out to you immediately by phone call and then made sure to follow up with you directly through text and another phone call. We made sure your stay was refunded in full and supplied you with a future travel credit, taking a significant amount off of your future stay. I understand that we could not provide any additional refund to you and we could not cover the cost of your new rental as that is outside of our control, I do get why that upset you and hindered you leaving this one star review, as you mentioned you would do. Beautiful property!

This condo was impeccably clean, comfortable and just as portrayed! The only issue we had was parking… There just wasn’t any and unfortunately our visit coincided with a winter storm. My husband ended up parking 25 minutes away and walking back to the condo at 11:00 at night. Not an ideal situation. ☹️

Nice central location

The unit had a great view of the city from the balcony and a wonderful 360 from the roof. Little restaurants and shops in the LoHi area were super convenient walking distance for the most part. The unit was very spacious. Overall good experience BUT, couches had spots all over them, TVs were frustrating to operate with apparently no channels unless you log in to your own service (no instructions), gas for fire pit and grill did not work, there wasNOT a fitness area as stated, and the smoke alarm chirped ALL weekend despite me calling in about it several times. Parking isn’t as easy as it was made out to be because it’s all first come on the street and in the evening VERY HARD to park close, thus afternoon checkin lugging bags a block wasn’t easy or convenient. (Someone was always parked in loading zone. No Mexican restaurant downstairs like it made it seem either.
