The condo was very nice and conveniently located. The pictures were exactly the same. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding. Everything that you needed was in the condo. The pool and four hot tubs were a nice addition at the end of the day. Overall a great place and we would stay again.

The owner made me aware of a dishwasher issue up front, and compensated me for my trouble. On top of that, the unit is on the first floor, and not far from the front entrance.

Wonderful Getaway

I loved this property. It had plenty of room for my husband and our two dogs. You can walk right out the back door to walk your babies. The location is close to the local grocery store, McDonalds and Subway. The laundry room is steps from this unit and this getaway is stocked with plenty of blankets to keep you warm. The kitchen comes fully loaded with whatever you need to cook. I needed to add more days and it was easy to do. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice stay

We got in late on a Thursday night and there was something wrong with our reservation. A big thank you to the owner and the Evolve team for helping things get resolved right away. The condo is good for the price. Well stocked with pillows, blankets, towels and everything we could have needed in the kitchen area. It was very clean and I felt very comfortable there. I think I was a little disappointed from the pictures and amenities listed. We were hoping to have more of a resort type feel with a restaurant and coffee shop. There is no restaurant on site and no coffee shop. They did have a small room where you could buy coffee and the machine makes it for you. This definitely felt more like an apartment building.However, it was very close to grocery store and not far from the downtown. Lots of neat restaurants and coffee shops downtown Granby! We even stopped at the cookie shop! It was a good location for us for we came to go to Hot Sulphur Springs and Rocky Mountain National Park. I would stay here again!!!

The property was ok. Had enough room. Not well stocked in the kitchen area. Also patio door locks automatically when shuts. No good when you are on the patio and can't get back in.
