Easy access via the first floor and parking available. Discover 3rd Avenue (a hidden treasure!), the St-Charles River, Maizerets Park, Expo Cité and the surrounding area. Only a few minutes from Old Quebec. You will be charmed!

Excellent Apartment in Quebec City

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It was well maintained and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and was easily within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The free off-street parking is not far. The hosts were very responsive and even allowed us an early check in. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Cozy and Convenient: A Lovely Stay

We stayed at this Vrbo apartment and it was just what we needed! The place was spotless with modern appliances and nice decor that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable. The location was fantastic with cafés and a supermarket within walking distance, and having a private parking spot was super convenient. Our host was amazing—very kind and responsive. They quickly took care of a small request we had, making us feel well taken care of.It's the little details that really made the difference, giving us the vibe of staying in a personal boutique hotel rather than just another rental. Definitely a great value for the money. Would recommend!

Super clean apartment and close to everything. We were within 3 miles of city center and walked everywhere. We used the parking spot in the back of the property and didn't have to bother with finding any parking. There is a wonderful fromagerie a block away along with a great boulangerie three blocks away. Excellent (and affordable) Mexican restaurant, ramen, cafes, all within less than a mile radius of the apartment. Neighborhood was bustling until around 9:00 PM and then it is more of a residential area that is very quiet after that. Definitely take a side trip to Ile d'Orleans when visiting if you are a foodie. Lots of cute shops around the area as well.

Bravo pour ce petit nid, douillet, super accueillant et bien équipé tout était pensé avec soins et avec goût. Je le garde comme coup de cœur pour les prochaines fois où je reviens à Québec avec des amis,.. nous avons adoré.

This was such a cute apartment in a great part of the city. Our host thought of everything and was so very kind and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely time!

Tolle Lage, tolle Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einige Tahe in der Stadt braucht. Typischer Charme der Stadt. Treppe auf der Vorderseite ist Schmalfilms steil aber die Treppe zum Eingang auf der Rückseite ist sehr komfortabel. Es fehlt nichts. Kaffeemaschine, Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Parkplatz für das Auto in der Nähe… Tolle Ausstattung und super sauber.

Excellent séjour.Superbe appartement propre ,confortable,bien équipé dans un secteur intéressant. Plusieurs petites attentions.À proximité de centre historique. Seule surprise:deux seules chaînes TV en français sur une cinquantaine en anglais alors que l’on est à Québec!
